Sebuah perusahaan multi nasional di pulau Batam yang memproduksi berbagai macam jenis setrika,beberapa proses produksinya masih menggunakan cara manual. Oleh karenanya masih banyak ditemukanpemborosan (waste). Proses pendinginan adalah salah satu proses yang masih banyak ditemukan waste. Untukmengurangi waste itu dilakukan dengan penerapan konsep lean manufacturing. Salah satu tool yang digunakanadalah Value Stream Mapping (VSM) yang tujuannya adalah untuk menggambarkan aliran proses dari bahanbaku sampai menjadi barang jadi. Dengan menggunakan Waste Relation Matrix (WRM) dan Waste AssessmentQuestionnaire (WAQ) dapat diketahui bahwa pemborosan (waste) yang terbesar adalah gerakan (Motion)berulang yang tidak perlu dan menunggu (waiting). Akar penyebab dari waste ini adalah oleh tata letak (lay out)stasiun kerja pendinginan yang terpisah pisah dan alur proses (process flow) yang tidak lurus. Perbaikan yangdilakukan adalah dengan merancang bangun ulang proses pendinginan menjadi menyatu dan menambah alatbantu untuk handling produk.
The research was underpinned by the fact in the field that students in junior high school have been able to understand the rules of throwing ball games. The research aims to determine the ability of the students in the throwing ball regulation in the city of Medan school year 2019/2020. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The method used is a poll sheet. The subject of this study is a student of 60 students at the Kota Medan Junior High School. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, which is poured in the form of percentages. The results of research on student skills survey in the throwing ball regulation at SMP City Medan school year 2019/2020. In junior high school Madya Utama Medan Students ' ability to understand the throwing ball rules with a percentage of 80.00%, do not understand the regulation with a percentage of 20.00%. In junior high school hero Medan's students ability to understand the throwing ball rules with a percentage of 85.21%, do not understand the regulation of 14.79%. In junior high School 8 Medan students ' ability to understand the regulation with a percentage of 90.00%, do not understand the regulation of 10.00%. In junior high School 27 Medan students ' ability to understand the throwing ball regulation with a percentage of 89.17% did not understand the regulation of 10.83%. At SMP Negeri 35 Medan Students ' ability to understand the throwing ball regulation with a percentage of 93.33% did not understand the regulation of 6.67%. Overall the ability of the student understands the throwing ball rules with an average percentage of 87.54% and does not understand the game rules of throwing balls with an average of 12.46%.
This research is aimed to establish the model of quality evaluation of the achievement sport exercises. This study generated some products such as: (1) document of quality, which includes; a) exercises quality standard, b) procedures manual, c) works instruction (2) developing instruments of quality evaluation of the achievement sport exercises. This research used research and development approach and was divided in three parts, such as (1) needs analysis, (2) develop the instruments, and (3) implementation of the outcome and evaluation to discover the quality of exercises performed by clubs or achievement sports association in order to improve the quality of exercises continuously. This research used research and development approach. This study concluded that the model of quality of exercises can possibly be used to strengthen the quality progressively. Evaluation of exercises quality is undertaken based on the standard of sports quality compared to the real condition.
Durian nurseries can be done using generative and vegetative material sources. Both sources of propagation have their respective weaknesses and strengths. To get quality seeds requires a combination of two sources of propagation material that has each of the advantages that can complement each other. The process of merging can be through grafting. The grafting method in durian nurseries can use side grafting and shoot grafting methods. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in levels of protein, carbohydrates, fats, and phytohormones from various sources and storage time of the stem. This study was compiled based on factorial designs in the Randomized Group Design (RCBD). The first factor is the source of the stem (S), which consists of 3 sources, namely the primary branch (S1), secondary branch (S2), tertiary branch (S3). The second factor is the length of storage of the stem (T) which consists of 4 levels of storage time of the scion namely: 0 days (T0), 2 days (T1), 4 days (T2) and 6 days (T3). It was concluded that the carbohydrate content of the sciots gave the highest positive contribution to the increase in the number of shoots followed by the number of leaves, percentage of living grafts, leaf area, leaf area ratio, root canopy ratio, shoot length, and stem diameter. The protein content cannot contribute to the growth of grafted seeds even has a tendency to inhibit growth. The fat content in the scion does not contribute to the growth of plant variables.
The objectives of this study are as follows: To be able to describe the role of professional teaching staff (lecturers) in forming the character of PJKR Study Program students, to be able to describe the role of professional teaching staff (lecturers) in improving the quality of learning PJKR Study Program, See the role of professional teaching staff (Lecturers) and the formation of student character in improving the quality of learning in the PJKR Study Program 2016/2017 Academic Year. Descriptive research method with quantitative approach. The formulation of the students of the PJKR Study Program at the Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Medan who follow the KKNI curriculum in the Academic Year 2016/2017. The sample is in the third semester in the Department of Physical Education and Recreation with 15% in each class with a total of 6 subjects from 11 existing courses. The results of this study conclude: There is a significant role of professional teaching staff (lecturers) in forming the character of the PJKR Study Program students, there is a significant role of professional teaching staff (lecturers) in improving the quality of PJKR Study Program, there is a significant role of.
