As a form of increasing tendency for the spirituality of the people, Indonesia has developed a wide range of orders, among which are the Qadiriyah wa naqsyabandiyah (so that they are included in the Muktabarah order). These orders are a combination of two orders (Qadiriyah and Naqsyabandiyah) performed by Sheikh Ahmad Khatib al-Sambasi al-Jawi, The dissemination of the teachings of the Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah in the Sambas district of West Kalimantan (originally Sheikh Ahmad Khatib al-Sambasi) by his two caliphs, namely Nur al-Din Shaykh of the Philippines and Shaykh Muhammad Sa'ad the original son of Sambas. In Bandar Lampung in particular TQN was held and developed in the Way Halim Bandar Lampung at the Al-Hikmah Boarding Board Foundation led by KH. Muhammad Shobari's father. After doing research using qualitative and quantitative approach (mixed methodes design). research begins with data collection activities and ends with data analysis. In data collection activities are used Quesioner Observation, Interview, documentation and dissemination methods. Once all the required data has been collected, it is analyzed using mixed methodes design. It was further concluded that the pattern of spiritual upliftment was made by the Qadiriyah wan Naqsyabandiyah (TQN) orders led by KH. Muhammad Sobari as chair of the Al-Hikmah Way Halim Bandar Lampung Boarding Foundation is emphasizing on the aspects of fasting and fasting that is practiced on a daily and weekly and monthly basis. In addition, the moral aspect of al-karimah is also a concern that is always taught by KH. Muhammad Sobari, both through the teachings of al-hasanah (in the form of lectures and advice) and through the example of trustworthiness exemplified in everyday life. So the Qadiriyah wan Naqsyabandiyah (TQN) rules are very influential to the spiritual growth of the pilgrims.
Poverty is a social problem that is always present in the midst of society, and has always been a very interesting topic for discussion and study of the development of human life from time to time. In addition to displaying impressions such as pleading facial expressions to attract the sympathy of buyers and market traders, religious symbols are often used as attributes of begging such as caps, headscarves, and prayers. This paper will discuss the factors that make beggars a livelihood, and look further at the work of begging for their religious behavior. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with the type of field research and a case study research design. Data collection uses three techniques, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analyisis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of the study indicate that someone does something caused by various factors such as physical disability, low education level, lack of skills, friends, and the assumption that begging is a lawful job. The influence of begging activities on the behavior of religious beggars such as prayer, fasting, and zakat implementation, although in the practice of begging they often use religious symbols such as hats, headscarves, reading prayers, but in their lives they do not actually carry out their behavior in accordance with the teachings of their religion, symbols The religious symbols used will display the figure of a religious beggar, which is used as a sympathy puller to get people's sympathy.Keywords: Religious Behavior, Religious Symbol, Beggars
The Constitution of Medina is the most important element in the establishment of Civil Society. This constitution by the collective consensus of the population of Medina as a common reference in multicultural social life, that is diverse in religion, race, ethnic and nation. This constitution was formed to create social integration after the migration of the Prophet Muhammad SAW to Medina and anticipating the emergence of different interests which often triggers horizontal conflicts caused by tribal fanaticism and religion underlying the social life of Medina. The study of this article is qualitative – descriptive with a historical approach. This study seeks to explore the values contained in the Medina Charter by reflecting the values of leadership of the Prophet Muhammad SAW Medina Period. The result of the study found that: the Constitution of Medina is a Charter of peace to unite the tribes that are still tribal and often in conflict which is contained in the policies and principles of the state ot the Prophet Muhammad SAW that are democratic and humane in the frame of spirituality by upholding the values of brotherhood, openness, equality of right, respect for human right and law enforcement.Keywords: Medina Constitution, Pluralistic Society, Civil Society Abstrak: Konstitusi Madinah merupakan unsur terpenting tegaknya Masyarakat Madani. Konstitusi ini terbentuk atas konsensus kolektif penduduk Madinah sebagai rujukan bersama dalam kehidupan bemasyarakat yang multikultural yang beragam agama, ras, suku dan bangsa. Konstitusi ini dibentuk untuk menciptakan integrasi sosial Masyarakat pasca hijrah Nabi Muhammad Saw ke Madinah dan mengantisipasi munculnya perbedaan kepentingan yang sering memicu konflik horizontal yang disebabkan fanatisme kesukuan dan agama yang melatarbelakangi kehidupan sosial Masyarakat Madinah. Studi artikel ini yaitu kualitatif-deskriptif dengan pendekatan sejarah. Studi ini berusaha mengeksplorasi nilai-nilai yang termaktub dalam Piagam Madinah dengan merefleksikan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad SAW Periode Madinah. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa; Konstitusi Madinah merupakan Piagam perdamaian untuk menyatukan kabilah atau suku-suku yang masih bersifat kesukuan dan sering berada dalam konflik yang termaktub di dalamnya kebijakkan dan prinsip kenegaraan Nabi Muhammad Saw yang demokratis dan manusiawi dalam bingkai spritualitas dengan menegakkan nilai-nilai persaudaraan, keterbukaan, persamaan hak, penghormatan hak-hak asasi manusia, dan penegakan hukum.Kata Kunci: Konstitusi Madinah, Masyarakat Pluralistik, Masyarakat Madani
In its capacity as social beings, humans tend to relate and interact with their environment. As for social interaction, it is always preceded by social contact and communication. This contact is then followed by processes that are associative or disassociative or opposition. The associative process begins with cooperation then continues with accommodation, assimilation, and acculturation. This research focuses on efforts to portray the harmonization of religious communities in the Wiyoni area of Pesawaran District. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: Social interactions that occur are more directed at dynamic interactions where the occurrence of mutually beneficial two-way interactions that result in associative interactions that are mutually reinforcing. So that this leads to the realization of harmonization in inter-religious life. While the factors that support the occurrence of interaction are mutual respect between one religion to another (Islam and Christianity), support from religious leaders, and ethnically in the village. Wiyono is mostly Javanese who culturally promote culture of mutual respect for each other.
