Purpose: As managers can lead a set of ways to improve internal communication in public organizations, and leadership can cultivate a common understanding of goals within the organization and share the vision in preparation for its way to better performance, the purpose of the research is to assess the type and strength of the relationship between internal communication and different forms of leadership. Theoretical framework: The study demonstrates how leaders in public organizations improve internal communication, related to employees' perceptions of public organizations' routines and performance. Design/methodology/approach: The study uses the ordinary least squares (OLS) and applied multiple regression A sample of 130 educational staff members from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research was selected using the descriptive analytical approach. Findings: A set of statistical techniques were utilized to analyze the data and compile the findings.The findings demonstrate that internal communication and verbal rewards have a relationship that is consistent with both transformational leadership and transactional leadership. Research, Practical & Social implications: The study demonstrates how leaders in public organizations improve internal communication, educational staff members from the Ministry of Higher Education. The effectiveness of this communication is influenced by the nature of the relationship and the leader's symbolism and attitudes toward them. Originality/value: The findings suggest several consequences for the fields of Management and Strategic. have hadincluding the public organizations, numerous difficulties that this study aids in resolving. There are advantages and disadvantages to every leadership style, and leaders typically use direct and indirect means of communication with subordinates.
تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى مدى تحديد اهتمام وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي واقسامها المختلفة بعملية الاستبصار الاستراتيجي ،وهل هذا الاهتمام ينعكس على قرارتها الاستراتيجية , اذا اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج استطلاعي تحليلي وقد استهدفت المدراء في الادارة العليا ضمن هذه الوزارة , كما تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة اساسية لجمع لبيانات، وقد كان مجتمع الدراسة (94)، وتم توزيع (89) استمارة استبيان، تم استرداد (86) استمارة ، وكانت الاستبانات الصالحة للاستخدام قد بلغت (83) ، توصل البحث الحالي الى ايجاد علاقة طردية وتأثير ايجابي للاستبصار الاستراتيجي في اتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي ، وقد كان للمتغير الفرعي اعلى تأثير في اتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي هو (الحدس)، اذ اثبت هذا البحث وجود العلاقة التأثير وارتباط بين الاستبصار الاستراتيجي في اتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي ، و من خلال استطلاع الباحثتان على الدراسات السابقة على مستوى المحلية لم تجد دراسة تبحث في العلاقة بين هذين المتغيرين.
Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine is to investigate the level of interest and implementation of strategic sensitivity in the General Company for the manufacture of cars and equipment and its various divisions, and how it affects the achievement of sustainable competitive advantage. Theoretical framework: The theoretical framework encompasses various relevant theories and concepts. Resource-Based View, Dynamic Capabilities, Environmental Scanning, Organizational Learning. By integrating these theoretical perspectives, the theoretical framework provides a comprehensive understanding of the role of strategic sensitivity in achieving sustainable competitive advantage. It considers the resources, capabilities, and processes that enable organizations to sense, interpret, and respond to changes in the external environment, ultimately leading to a sustainable competitive advantage. Design/methodology/approach: The research utilizes an analytical survey approach to gather data from workers within the company. A sample size of 195 individuals was selected, and a total of 129 questionnaires were retrieved, out of which 120 were valid for analysis. Findings: The results show a positive correlation between strategic sensitivity and sustainable competitive advantage. The strategic insight subvariable has been identified as having the greatest impact on sustained competitive advantage. Research, Practical & Social implications: The study contributes to understanding the role of strategic sensitivity in achieving sustainable competitive advantage. The findings provide practical recommendations for companies, such as the General Company for the Manufacture of Vehicles and Equipment, to enhance their strategic sensitivity and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. By applying strategic sensitivity, companies can improve their sustainable competitive advantage and overall performance. Originality/value: The value of the study adds originality to the existing body of knowledge by specifically examining the relationship between strategic sensitivity and sustainable competitive advantage in the context of the General Company for the manufacture of cars and equipment.
The current research aims to verify the impact of digital leadership as an independent variable, in the effectiveness of crisis management as a response variable through centralizing strategic vigilance in the faculties of the University of Baghdad and its departments, and to investigate the level of interest of its leaders and subordinates in research variables, as well as coming up with recommendations that contribute to strengthening the practices of the three variables. This research aims to test "the relationship between with Strategic physiognomy its dimensions (empowerment, inspiration, deep understanding) as an independent variable and organizational sustainability with its dimensions (social sustainability, economic sustainability, environmental sustainability)" as a respondent variable in the Diyala State Company and the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industry, In order to explain the relationships and links between the research variables, a set of objectives was formulated, including the presentation and analysis of indicators of strategic physiognomy if they exist in the researched companies,and their role in achieving organizational sustainability in those companies. For this purpose, a number of hypotheses were formulated, the most important of which was to find a correlation and influence (for strategic physiognomy and its dimensions with organizational sustainability and its dimensions) and to achieve hypothesis tests. General Electric and Electronic Industries, for being vital companies and in direct contact with the desires and needs of the community . The number of them is (158) people, and the data was collected through a questionnaire and personal interviews with a number of managers and heads of departments, and the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach in completing this research, and a number of statistical methods were used, including: the arithmetic mean, percentage, standard deviation, To describe the research sample, the simple linear correlation coefficient (Pearson) to test the validity of the correlation hypotheses, and the simple and multiplechoice linear regression validity of the effect hypotheses, and the data was analyzed through a set of statistical programs (Microsoft Excel, SPSS V24, AMOS V24, . The most important conclusions reached by the researcher were: There is a significant impact of strategic physiognomy in terms of organizational sustainability, which indicates the essential role of strategic physiognomy in achieving organizational sustainability within the companies surveyed. The research concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are : Increasing interest in the concepts of strategic physiognomy and organizational sustainability in the researched companies for their active role in the sustainability and growth of companies and maintaining the market share in the local environment and conducting seminars and workshops on strategic physiognomy and organizational sustainability and showing its importance in the ability of companies to adapt to the changes that occur in the environment of Iraq .
