The aim of this research is to know how the students at Darussalam University (UNIDA) Gontor Indonesia develop soft skills method, and what the factors that help and impede the production of UNIDA Gontor Indonesia student soft skills methods perspective of Islamic education are. In the qualitative analysis this research included the extension of the data collected as framework for this analysis and area for this research (field research) The characteristic of the study is similar to case study because the focus of its review, UNIDA students in the Management Faculty of Business Administration, which is located on Gontor campus. Then the data already collected was analyzed which was achieved by the data method structured. Data gathered by reporting, evaluation, and interview techniques. We seek to sort, group and categorize all the data that has been collected by supervised techniques so that the theme can be identified in accordance with UNIDA students' creation soft skills process. Based on the researchers' empirical findings, it was concluded that the approach applied to UNIDA students in the educational of soft skills is with briefing, task, preparation, habituations, exemplary, escort and humanity, with its commitment to life, its plan and its idialism. So the students in societies are ready to face life. While the supporting factors soft Skills education are freedom, good leadership, environmentalists supporting consultancy, infrastructure, and collaboration with various institutions. Resistor factors are inhibiting factor which is some students' lack of understanding of the value of UNIDA's well kept activities in the classroom, dormitory and community.
Purpose of the Study: The issue focused on this study is how is the idea of the Islamic conception in the concept of humanity and Indonesianness? Whereas the purpose of this study is to reveal the perspective of Ahmad Syafii Maarif on Islam Indonesia and the concept of humanism. Methodology: The method used is qualitative, with a historical, phenomenological, biographical, sociological, and normative approach. Results: The result from this study concluded that this is no longer the time for Muslims, who are the majority in this archipelago, to question the trilogy correlation between Islam, Indonesianness, and humanity. The three conceptions must be in the same breath and rhythm so that Islam that is thriving in Indonesia is Islam that is progressive, hospitable, open and rahmatanlil ‘alamin. Applications: This research can be used for universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality: The study focused more on the description of the thinking of a figure or a person and emphasized on the process with deductive, inductive, interpretative, and comparative methods, especially on the thinking of Ahmad Syafii Maarif about the concept of Islam in the frame of Indonesianness.
This study aims to uncover the basis used to construct the leadership trilogy in Indonesia, and examine it from Islamic education perspective, using a qualitative model with literature study. Meanwhile, data is obtained through written relics, both in form of books, journals and proceedings relevant to the subject. Furthermore, a historical, biographical and normative approach is used, and the data analysis techniques used are content, comparative and inductive. Based on the discussions, there are three bases used to construct leadership theory, and it is often referred to as the trilogy concept, which are ing ngarso sung tulodo, ing madyo mangun karso, tut wuri handayani. The meaning of these theories is "in front should set an example", "in the middle should take initiative and be cooperative" and "at the back should give support". This is relevant to the Islamic leadership concept such as Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, and Fathonah. This research impact can be applied at different educational levels which expect visionary and Islamic teaching, as well as leadership. Furthermore, the novelty is exploring the style of Ki Hadjar Dewantara's thinking about the leadership trilogy contained in educational book, which until now has been a reference for Islamic education.
Zakah is a treasure worship that is believed to be able to overcome social and economic problems. Not just to meet the basic needs of the mustahiq Zakat has the ability to develop people's economy. To get the maximum results zakat institutions need to do a lot of new studies and breakthroughs. Lazismu of Demak utilizes zakat for the development of productive economy with the goal of creating jobs, reducing unemployment and poverty. This is what makes researchers interested in conducting research to find out what kind of zakah implementation in the development of productive economy as well as the economic development mustahik after the implementation of zakat as a productive economy. Because it includes field research researchers used the Phenomenological approach data collected through observation, documents,questionnaires and interviews. Then, the data was analyzed sequentially and interactively consisting of three stages, namely: 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, 3) conclusion drawing or verification. The productive use of zakat in developing productive economy consisted of traditional and creative uses. Traditional economic productive use was realized by providing working tool to mustahiq. Creative economic productive was conducted by providing capital in from of pure grant to mustahiq, provide a capital loan in a very easy way, not burdening the mustahiq and invest zakat funds into the real business sector. The zakat institution will receive capital invested and benefit from the businesses, then the capital and benefits will be used for ummah advantages. From the findings, it can be known that some participants of productive economy were able to develop their business well. Some others were only able to meet their basic daily needs. While some more others were less trustworthy in using capital loan provided.Zakat adalah ibadah maliyah yang mampu mengatasi masalah-masalah sosial dan ekonomi. Selain memenuhi kebutuhan pokok para mustahiq, zakat mampu mengembangkan perekonomian ummat. Untuk mendapatkan hasil maksimal tersebut, lembaga-lembaga zakat perlu banyak melakukan kajian dan terobosan-terobosan baru. Seperti LAZISMU Demak yang mendayagunakan zakat untuk pengembangan ekonomi produktif dengan tujuan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan, mengurangi pengangguran serta kemiskinan. Inilah yang mendorong diadakannya penelitian guna mengetahui seperti apa implementasi pendayagunaan zakat dalam pengembangan ekonomi produktif serta perkembangan ekonomi mustahiq setelah diimplementasikannya zakat sebagai ekonomi produktif. Karena termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research), peneliti menggunakan pendekatan Phenomenologis, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumen, angket dan wawancara, kemudian akan dianalisis secara berurutan dan interaksionis yang terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu: 1) Reduksi data, 2) Pernyajian data, 3) Penarikan simpulan atau verifikasi. Dari penelitian tersebut didapatkan hasil bahwa bentuk pengembangan ekonomi produktif di LAZISMU DEMAK meliputi tradisional dan kreatif. Ekonomi produktif tradisional meliputi pembelian alat kerja untuk mustahiq. Adapun ekonomi produktif kreatif melaui pemberian modal dalam bentuk hibah murni, memberikan pinjaman modal dengan cara yang sangat mudah, tidak membebani mustahiq dan menginvestasikan dana zakat ke sektor usaha nyata. Hasil investasi dimanfaatkan sebesar-besarnya untuk mustahiq. Dengan cara ini sebagian peserta ekonomi produktif mampu mengembangkan usahanya dengan baik, sebagian lagi hanya mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari dan sisanya kurang amanat dalam menggunakan pinjaman modal yang diberikan.
Pendidikan merupakan hal penting dalam kehidupan, saat ini sektor pendidikan menjadi bagian yang termarjinalkan. Perlu adanya strategi yang tepat agar dunia pendidikan lebih maju dan bermutu. SMP Muhammadiyah Sinar Fajar Cawas dan SMP Islam Terpadu Muhammadiyah An Najah Jatinom merupakan sekolah baru yang keberadaannya mendapat respon bagus dari masyarakat. Sekolah tersebut menerapkan strategi bauran pemasaran untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Penelitan ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah – langkah, faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan strategi Bauran Pemasaran di SMP Muhammadiyah Sinar Fajar Cawas dan di SMP Islam Terpadu Muhammadiyah An Najah Jatinom Klaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan. Data diperoleh dengan cara pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Langkah – langkah yang telah dilakukan dalam penerapan strategi Bauran Pemasaran untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah di SMP Muhammadiyah Sinar Fajar Cawas dan SMP Islam Terpadu Muhammadiyah An Najah Jatinom Klaten adalah dengan menerapkan langkah 7P, langkah tersebut meliputi, Product (produk) yang berupa variasi program pilihan. Price (harga), berupa biaya sekolah yang ditawarkan pada wali murid dengan sistem pembayaran dapat dilakukan secara langsung atau melalui transfer. Place (tempat), lokasi kedua sekolah yang strategis dapat dijangkau dengan sarana transportasi umum maupun pribadi. Promotion (promosi) dilakukan melalui media cetak, elektronik dan media sosial. People (sumber daya manusia) meliputi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang muda dan semangat. Physical evidence (bukti fisik) berupa gedung sekolah dan laporan hasil belajar siswa. Process (proses), penyelenggaraan pendidikan di kedua sekolah tersebut telah memenuhi standar nasional pendidikan. Faktor pendukung dalam penerapan strategi Bauran Pemasaran di SMP Muhammadiyah Sinar Fajar Cawas adalah, animo masyarakat tinggi, pendidik (guru) yang masih muda, semangat dan mempunyai kreatifitas tinggi, program yang bervariasi, figur pendidik yang ditokohkan oleh calon siswa dan orang tua siswa. Faktor penghambat dalam penerapan strategi Bauran Pemasaran di SMP Muhammadiyah Sinar Fajar adalah, minimnya sarana dan prasarana sekolah, jaringan luar sekolah yang masih minim, serta terbatasnya sumber daya manusia dari segi jumlah dan kualitas. Faktor pendukung dalam penerapan strategi Bauran Pemasaran di SMP Islam Terpadu An Najah Jatinom adalah animo masyarakat yang tinggi, pendidik (guru) yang masih muda, semangat dan mempunyai kreatifitas tinggi, gedung sekolah yang bagus, nyaman, dan menarik, serta program yang bervariasi. Faktor penghambat dalam penerapan strategi Bauran Pemasaran di SMP Islam Terpadu Muhammadiyah An Najah Jatinom adalah, tenaga pendidik masih minim dari segi jumlah dan kualitas, pihak sekolah kurang konsisten dalam pelaksanaan program serta minimnya fasilitas penunjang pembelajaran.
