Pulmonary blastoma is a rare form of lung cancer with a reported incidence of 0.25–0.55 of primary pulmonary cancers. Pleuropulmonary blastoma (PPB) is a common finding in children while it is rarely found in adults. In the past few years, the incidence of a second primary tumour has increased to 3.5% followed by third primary tumour at 0.5% and fourth tumour at 0.3%. The clinical significance of diagnosing and distinguishing a secondary primary tumour is often challenging. As per our knowledge, this is the first case of metachronous PPB in an adult patient previously diagnosed with endometrial cancer.

Sarcomatoid squamous cell carcinomas are extremely rare, high grade, aggressive variant of penile cancers. Sarcomatoid carcinoma are biphasic neoplasms with a combination of both sarcomatoid components and carcinomatous elements. These neoplasms are very rare in the urogenital system. We report a 53-year-old male presented with an ulcerated lesion on the glans penis. The rarity of this case reiterates the importance of thorough morphological and histological examination along with immunohistochemistry in diagnosing, staging, treatment and follow up of patients.

Skin cancer has emerged as a major problem for light-skinned people globally. Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is one of the most common forms of skin cancer. BCC is associated with significant morbidity. There are multiple histological patterns of BCC, wherein the adenoid cystic variant is a rare form. A 75-year-old female with a history of breast carcinoma visited our centre for a routine follow-up. The patient was diagnosed with invasive breast carcinoma and underwent left breast conservation surgery in August 2018. At follow-up, the patient complained of itchiness, redness, and ulceration over a long-standing mole located at the right lumbar region. The lesion was excised and histopathologically diagnosed as the adenoid cystic variant of BCC. Adenoid cystic variant of BCC is an uncommon presentation. Identifying the mole in the lumbar region with clinical signs and symptoms was an incidental finding. In most cases, skin moles are benign. However, this case is of considerable interest as the patient presented with two primary cancers of different pathological characteristics within 3 months. The patient is currently doing well and is due for follow-up.

Lymphangioma is a benign disease characterized by roliferation of lymphatic tissue that is initiated from early failure of communication of lymphatic spaces along with normal main draining lymphatic vessels. Lymphangioma is known as a congenital malformation instead of an acquired tumor. Lymphangiomas often extend deep into the tissues while they are histologically benign. Based on current evidence, lymphangiomas are rarely observed in the mediastinum. Less than 1% of cases are observed in the retroperitoneum and mesentery region. We report an uncommon case of mesenteric lymphangioma with small intestinal volvulus in a 16-year old female.The patient underwent exploratory laparotomy followed by histological examination. As per the reports, cystic non-communicating channels of variable sizes. The patient is currently doing well and undergoing nutritional and psychological support.
