The research addresses the digitalization of management processes in the socio-cultural sphere, assessing the factors that influence this process and the challenges faced by leaders of socio-cultural institutions and projects. Various analytical methods were used, including the analysis of scientific literature and an online questionnaire to gather practical perspectives. The findings reveal significant trends in the digitalization of socio-cultural activity management, identified from scientific literature and questionnaire responses. The study highlights the primary features of this process and provides a comprehensive view of the challenges and opportunities of implementing digital tools in socio-cultural activities.
The article studies currently important theoretical issues connected with the determination of prospects for future development of cultural tourism, which is one of leading prevalent cultural practices and which takes large percentage of investments in all developed countries as well as gives an enormous amount of money for culture culture development in general. Development of international tourist cultural event markets allows developing of new more attractive economic directions. One of the main directions of cultural tourism is event tourism, which is a unique kind of tourism as it is an inexhaustible in content, while effective use of cultural and historical potential capacity and architectural and natural monuments allows developing new more prospective economic directions of event tourism
The article examines that cultural tourism, by developing festival tours, is able to generate significant tourist flows not only by itself, but also it is a necessary complement to any other tourist product. The identification and discussion of the three main discourses of festival research made it possible to determine the role and impact of festivals in society and culture, the features of festival tourism and festival management. Classical discourse, emerging mainly from cultural anthropology and sociology, concerns the roles, meanings and influences of festivals in society and culture. Festivals are means for tourism, economic development and local marketing. At this discourse dominated. It is based on consumer behavior approaches and ignores the fundamental needs of celebration and many social and cultural reasons for searching a holiday. It should also be emphasized that festivals are increasingly being used to achieve social and cultural objects, which places them as implements for social marketers.
Розглядається питання необхідності захисту матеріальної та нематеріальної культурної спадщини різних країн світу, зокрема й України, яка є ключовим елементом збереження своєрідності країни, розвитку історичної свідомості й впливовим чинником формування єдиної української національної ідентичності. Проаналізовано концепцію культурної спадщини як національне та наднаціональне надбання й важливий інформаційно-культурний ресурс туризму, що потребує наукового та правового обґрунтування понятійного апарату з метою розробки державної стратегії охорони пам’яток культури.
The article deals with the need to protect the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of different countries of the world, which is a key element in preserving Ukraine's identity, developing historical consciousness and influential factor in forming a unified Ukrainian national identity. The concept of cultural heritage as a national and supranational heritage and an important information and cultural resource of tourism, which requires scientific and legal justification of the conceptual apparatus in order to develop a national strategy for the protection of cultural monuments, is analyzed.
