O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar, por meio de uma revisão de escopo, as produções científicas nacionais sobre intervenções em saúde sexual para idosos, visando conhecer as principais características e condutas, a fim de subsidiar novas intervenções em saúde sexual mais diretivas e que melhor atendam à população idosa e suas demandas do campo da saúde sexual. Foram analisados na íntegra 18 artigos publicados entre 2010-2021, obtidos nas bases Periódicos Capes, Google Acadêmico e Lilacs. Para análise, foi utilizada a estratégia PCC que articula para a investigação a população/participantes (idosos), o conceito que se pretende investigar (saúde sexual) e o contexto (Brasil). Constatou-se que a maioria das intervenções são realizadas através de rodas de conversas e oficinas temáticas, conduzidas por metodologias pedagógicas. Tais intervenções utilizaram-se de materiais lúdicos e da distribuição de preservativos aos idosos, tendo como foco os aspectos patológicos da sexualidade. Desta forma, concluiu-se que as intervenções precisam ser pensadas de acordo com o contexto e o grupo no qual acontecerão, necessitando de um mapeamento pré-interventivo das demandas do grupo, e também um pós-interventivo, para verificação da eficácia, além da participação de equipes multidisciplinares.
