L'hypersensibilité au gluten inclut depuis quelques années une nouvelle forme qui serait distincte de la maladie coeliaque et de l'allergie alimentaire à la farine de blé. Les patients adultes sont souvent diagnostiqués comme porteurs d'un syndrome du côlon irritable. Il n'existait pas de données en population pédiatrique. Cette étude essaie de circonscrire l'individualité de cette nouvelle forme en population pédiatrique, limitant l'exploration à 15 enfants d'âge moyen 10,3 ans (10 garçons et 5 filles). Ces enfants sont suspects d'une intolérance à la farine de blé (donnée de l'interrogatoire).
