O propósito do estudo é problematizar a concepção da internet como uma via de acesso universal e, portanto, viabilizadora da democracia e, por conseguinte, do desenvolvimento sociopolítico da coletividade. Parte-se da hipótese de que, no campo virtual, não existem marcadores socioeconômicos que inviabilizam o diálogo plural. Porém, há outras formas de exclusão de grupos minoritários que mitigam a universalização do acesso à internet. Os ambientes virtuais de opinião permitem um amplo diálogo, mas apresentam características que possibilitam a exclusão, seja em razão de gênero, classe, ou de outras particularidades. O ciberespaço não dispõe de territorializações como o meio físico, mas a quebra do anonimato desses indivíduos é suficiente a condenar-lhes à exclusão, obstando o desenvolvimento sociopolítico. O artigo aponta os contrapontos que mitigam o acesso universal, aborda a participação dos grupos minoritários na democracia clássica e os contornos que estes ganham no bojo da ciberdemocracia. Esses grupos resultam excluídos dos debates públicos e deixam de manifestar seus interesses, o que prejudica a ciberdemocracia e o desenvolvimento sociopolítico. Logo, ao mesmo tempo que a proposta do ciberespaço pretende alcançar as mais diversas demandas, o caminho para a tal participação democrática ainda encontra obstruções sociais, políticas e econômicas.
Com as medidas de isolamento social, o ensino passou a ser remoto. Diferente do Ensino à Distância, esta modalidade não possui uma plataforma virtual de aprendizado, o que dificulta o trabalho dos docentes que se viram atribuídos das mais diversas funções, outrora divididas com as instituições de ensino. A crítica ao ensino remoto se dá tanto pela falta de logística como pela dificuldade de amplo alcance. Tendo como pauta a universalização do acesso, o presente trabalho irá debater, através de uma pesquisa qualitativa e com método indutivo, a ampliação do acesso dos discentes ao ensino remoto no contexto da pandemia.
Com a transição do Estado Liberal para o Social, houve uma mudança de modelos procedimentais, passou-se do modelo racional-burocrático para o gerencial. O Judiciário naquele primeiro modelo se mostrava ineficiente, com o custo elevado e demora na resolução das demandas. Deu-se origem ao fenômeno da litigiosidade contida que estimulou a criação dos Juizados Especiais com base no art. 98, I, CF/88. Os Juizados Especiais Cíveis Estaduais, criados pela Lei n. 9.099/95, objetivavam reduzir as demandas da Justiça Comum e alargar o acesso ao Judiciário àqueles outrora privados, porém ocorreu o fenômeno da explosão de litigiosidade. A possibilidade de propor demandas, não implica no acesso à justiça, sendo esta obtida quando da satisfação do direito das partes. O CNJ, buscando recuperar a credibilidade na Justiça e reduzir as demandas no Judiciário, editou a Resolução n. 167/2015 que traça diretrizes para se alcançar o ideal democrático e a promoção da paz social.
As teorias dos ciclos econômicos de John Maynard Keynes e Friedrich August von Hayek têm muita relevância até os dias atuais nos estudos econômicos. Com o advento da crise econômica mundial, o governo brasileiro utilizou o Estado para interferir na economia estimulando o crédito e aumentando os gastos públicos. Esta medida teve êxito de forma temporária. A mudança de governo alterou profundamente a política econômica do país com a política de austeridade fiscal. São estas políticas econômicas em diferentes momentos do país pós-crise de 2008 que serão abordadas no presente estudo, tendo como base as teorias de Keynes e Hayek.
Partindo da reflexão de Alice no País das Maravilhas, o artigo reflete sobre a identidade do trabalhador no século XXI. Analisa o esvaziamento axiológico identitário no contexto do atual modelo de produção capitalista. Com o fito de discorrer criticamente sobre a crise identitária do trabalhador do século XXI, realiza uma pesquisa qualitativa e de levantamento bibliográfico. Ao final, constata que o rompimento com previsibilidade e segurança aliadas à modernidade dão azo à perda de um referencial e, portanto, à crise de identidade que assombra os indivíduos da atualidade que já não se reconhecem com o ofício empreendido.
