To know the correlation between the level of knowledge about reproductive health, attitude about reproductive health and gender with the teenager sexual behavior at SMAN 4 Kendari. The research population is class X and XI SMAN 4 Kendari student which amount 827 people. The sample retrieval technique is proportional stratified random sampling thus gained as much as 270 respondents. Data collection technique are done with an analytic survey through a cross sectional approach. The data analysis technique’s using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results: Showed that the men as much as 117 respondents (43,33%), women 152 respondents (56,67%), high level of knowledge as much as 160 respondents (59,26%), level of intermediate knowledge 73 respondents (27,04%), low knowledge level 37 respondents (13,7%), a good attitude as much as 76 respondents (28,15%), a medium attitude 147 respondents (54,44%), a deficient attitude 47 respondents (17,41%), sexual behavior is risk as much as 244 respondents (90,37%), and sexual behavior is not risk 26 respondents (9,63%). The level of knowledge is unrelated to the teenager sexual behavior (p > 0,05), attitude is related to the teenager sexual behavior (p < 0,05), and gender is related to the teenager sexual behavior (p < 0,05).
Abstract Objective:To determine the changesin point of view and positive attitudes towards adolescent reproductive health in junior and senior high school students in Southeast Sulawesi after counseling interventions. Methods: Experimental Research with The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in the study were all adolescents aged between 12-19 years as students in Southeast Sulawesi. The sampling was performed by Simple stratified random sampling technique with a sample of 300 people for middle and high school students. The instrument used was a questionnaire with data analysis by using the t-test. Results:Showed that the level of knowledge and attitudes of students about adolescent reproductive health was differed between pretest & posttest in junior and senior high school students (ρ<0.05),because the students who were given counseling interventions with lecture methods, powerpoint, and discussion, will add to the broader understanding and insight and tend to generate positive responses from studentsm so that they have good basic knowledge and attitudes about adolescent reproductive health. Conclusion:The study was the increase in knowledge and positive attitudes about adolescent reproductive health after counseling interventions. Hasil:Menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap siswa tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja berbeda antara pretest dan posttest pada siswa SMP dan SMA Negeri di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara (ρ value< 0,05).Hal ini disebabkan karena pada siswa SMP dan SMA Negeri di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara yang diberikan intervensi penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah, visualisasi (power point), dan tanya jawab, akan menambah pemahaman dan wawasan yang lebih luas dan cenderung menimbulkan respon yang positif dari siswa sehingga memiliki pengetahuan dan sikap yang baik tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Kesimpulan:Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap yang positif tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja setelah intervensi penyuluhan. Kelapa merupakan komoditas andalan masyarakat di Desa Lambangi, Konawe Selatan, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Namun, potensi komoditas ini belum memberikan dampak ekonomi yang nyata bagi masyarakat. Di sisi lain, dengan penerapan teknologi pengolahan kelapa secara terpadu dapat dihasilkan berbagai produk yang memiliki nilai tambah dari sisi ekonomi dan penyediaan lapangan kerja, seperti VCO, nata de coco, asap cair, dan produk kerajinan kreatif berbasis kelapa. Oleh karena itu, Program Kemitraan Wilayah (PKW) ini bertujuan untuk mengadvokasi pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat setempat untuk mewujudkan potensi ekonomi tersebut, melalui penerapan teknologi yang terintegrasi dan tepat guna. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan model peningkatan kapasitas wirausaha, alih teknologi, dan penerapan teknologi tepat guna. Hasil yang dicapai menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam hal pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan komoditas kelapa ini. Nilai tambah ekonomi dari komoditas ini, termasuk potensi ketersediaan lapangan kerja dari komoditas ini juga meningkat signifikan. Dampak positif dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran Pemerintah Daerah, dan karenanya telah memberikan dukungan keuangan formal melalui perencanaan dan penganggaran dalam program-program mereka. Dampak positif yang diharapkan adalah mengubah kondisi Desa Lambangi menjadi desa yang mandiri secara ekonomi, sesuai dengan arahan Kawasan Perdesaan Prioritas Nasional.
