Pandemic covid-19 does not only threat lives and health of people but also hit economic, social, and well-being. Large scale social restriction (PSBB) paralyze all economic activities, in turn, causing unemployment and escalating the number of poor people. Indonesian government provide direct social assistance and other measures to ease the burden of impacted people. Pandemic covid-19 also threats the target of achieving SDGs specifically dealing with pillar 1 (no poverty) and pillar 2 (zero hunger). Through CSR, corporates have important role in dealing with pandemic covid-19 at the stage of emergency and rehabilitation. This paper observed two corporates, holder of Gold Proper ranking, in responding pandemic covid-19 at their areas. This is a descriptive research in which the content analysis, literature review, and webinar are employed to collect the data. The data gathered analysed qualitatively. The CSR adopted by two corporates do not only deal with emergency and rehabilitation stages but also empower people to produce products needed during the pandemic covid-19.
This study aims to determine the influence of advertising, price, and brand trust on Revlon cosmetics purchase decision of the undergraduate students of Diponegoro University. Type of research is explanatory research with the population undergraduate students of Diponegoro University, and the number of sample taken is 100. The data collection techniques are questionnaire, documents, and literature review. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques are correlation test data analysis, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test using IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program version 16.0. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded there is a positive and significant influence between advertising, price, and brand trust on purchase decision partially and simultaneously (together). There are other factors that influence the Purchase Decision. Therefore it can be advised that Revlon has to evaluate their message in Revlon advertisement, increase the discount frequency on certain events, and add some product variants.
Crystal Sugar SMIs Durensari Village is the center of coconut sugar industries in Purworejo Regency. Crystal Sugar SMIs have the potential develop due to high demand both from within the country and from abroad, but in the last 5 year the sale of crystal sugar has decreased. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of enterpreneurial orientation and market orientation on sustainable compettitive advantage through product innovation. This type of research is explanatory research with data collection techniques through questionnaries and interviews. The sample of this research was 78 sugar producers of Durensari Village. Analysis data use Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software where used validity test, reliability test, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression analysis, t test, sobel test, path analysis. The result showed that all independemt variables have a sginificant influence of dependent variable partially, while product innovation variable acts as a partiall mediating variable that indicate there in an indirect effect of enterpreneurship orientation and market orientation on sustainable competitive advantage. Suggestion include strengthening group institutions, actively attending group meetinngs, increasing the ability to produce new variants, maintaining the quality of raw materials and product quality. IKM Gula Semut Desa Durensari merupakan sentra industri gula kelapa di Kabupaten Purworejo. IKM Gula Semut berpotensi untuk berkembang karena adanya permintaan yang tinggi baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri, akan tetapi dalam 5 tahun terakhir penjualan gula semut mengalami penurunan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terhadap keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan melalui inovasi produk. Tipe penelitian ini adalah 78 perajin gula semut Desa Durensari dengan kriteria melakukan kegiatan usaha minimal 3 tahun, berusia minimal 21 tahun, dan sudah menikah. Penelitian ini menggunakan software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 23.0 for windows dimana sebelunya dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda, uji t, uji sobel, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen memiliki pengaruh siginifikan terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial, sedangkan variabel inovasi produk berperan sebagai variabel mediasi parsial yang menunjukkan ada pengaruh tidak langsung variabel orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terhadap keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan. Saran yang diajukan meliputi penguatan kelembagaan kelompok, aktif hadir dalam pertemuan kelompok, meningkatkan kemampuan menghasilkan varian baru, memperthankan kualitas bahan baku dan kualitas produk.
Tofu is a highly popular food in Indonesia. Its production process also has a high risk of environmental pollution. There were many and high capacities of tofu makers in the tofu clusters of Pesalakan, Adiwerna Village, Adiwerna District, Tegal Regency. Due to its high pollution risk, this industry needed an eco-efficiency analysis. Using cleaner production practices the good eco-efficiency potential might be achieved so that the environmental quality can be improved. This study collected data from informal interviews, field observation, and production process calculation. The cleaner production practices by boiling water in a cover pan by energy source resulted in the following efficiency rates: sawdust 31-37 % energy efficiency and 27-30 % time efficiency; and husk energy 35-57 % energy efficiency and 20.7-20.9 % time efficiency. The highest annual eco-efficiency rate for profit was Rp 1,194,251.01/ton of CO2 equivalent/year, while the lowest rate was Rp 472,804.89/ton CO2/year. The small industry could never manage to practice the eco-efficiency without support from the government and the community.
This study purposed to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on competitive advantage. The research used explanatory research. The data was collected by questionnaire that used purposive sampling technic. 88 respondents were sample in this research who had been selected by specified criteria. Data analysis used validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple and multiple linear regression, significance of the t test, and F test precessed by IBM SPSS version 21.0 program. The results showed that partially there was a positive effect on entrepreneurial orientation at competitive advantage and the positive effect on market orientation at competitive advantage; while simultaneously the positive effect on entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation at competitive advantage. The effect of entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage was greater than the effect of market orientation on competitive advantage. Suggestions in this research were crafters must increase courage in making decisions, take advantage of existing market opportunities with new innovations, increase references and create different motives from competitors so that products have their own characteristics and are not easily imitated by competitors so can increase competitive advantage in Medium Small Industry Tenun Ikat Troso.

This study aims to examined the effects of e-service quality and price to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Based on a survey conducted by Iprice.com it can be seen that the number of visitors to the Berrybenka website in the past two years has decreased. In 2017 the number of visitors to the Berrybenka website was 3.115.000 visitors. However, the following year Berrybenka experienced a decrease in the number of website visitors by 1.51.,300 visitors. Therefore, the number of visitors to the Berrybenka website in 2018 will be 1.597.700 visitors. The population is consumers who have bought Berrybenka products, while the sample is 100 respondents with certain criteria carried out.The analysis used in this research is linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 21.0 and mediation test (sobel test) to test the mediating effect of the intervening variable. The results of this study indicate that e-service quality and price have a partial and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction, where when together price has the greatest influence on customer satisfaction.based on the Mediation test using the sobel test, the customer satisfaction variable can mediate the effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty insignificantly and can be said as a full mediated, as well as the variable customer satisfaction mediated the effect of price of customer loyalty significantly and can be said to be a partial mediating variable.
