Based on observations made by researchers, FinTech which is common and is being used by the people of Indonesia is the first generation for payment, purchase of goods and services, one of which is the Fund Application. In choosing the application to be used, it is usually considered, comfort, safety, accuracy of the transaction, comfort, and various promotions. But some users are hesitant in using the application because of some reviews from the application that show positive and negative ratings. With the number of reviews paid in the comments column provided by the Google Play Store in the Funds Application needed to classify the reviews given as positive or negative. The research used was an experimental method using the Naive Bayes Classifier Algorithm and K-Nearest Neighbor. Regarding testing on the Fund Application has the best testing value of 84.76%. Then it can be considered a review that can be approved from positive reviews by other users and if there are negative reviews it will be input to the company to develop and develop the product.
Public service is an activity of service for every citizen and resident for goods, services, and / or administrative services provided by public service providers, namely the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Brebes Regency. The quality of public services must have the principle of openness or transparency, easily accessible, accountability and cling to the principles of efficiency and effectiveness. But in fact the current information and reporting of disasters is still conventional. This study aims to reflect and build a Web-Based Disaster Geographic Information System using Extreme Programming method. The research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive data analysis techniques. Data obtained by observation and interviews. The benefit of this application is to improve services to the Brebes Regional Disaster Management Agency also useful for internal from the Implementing Party or Admin who can manage Disaster Area data online, accurately, and quickly. As well as greatly helping the community to obtain maps of information on disaster-prone areas, the latest disaster information and the community can report directly on disaster events so that the Regional Government can directly handle the disaster.
Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 6/2016 regarding villages, it is said that regional governments are obliged to develop village information systems in implementing e-government towards good governance. In Indonesia, e-government continues to increase in number, but it is not accompanied by quality, including the Kemiriamba Village website. This study was aimed to measure the quality of the Kemiriamba Village website using the Webqual 4.0 method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) with 4 (four) instruments, namely Usability Quality, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality and Visual Quality. This study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The questionnaire data were 132 and were processed with SPSS software. The results of the analysis and measurement stated that the suitability level of the Kemiriamba Village website was 96.63%, and the average value of the gap was negative, which was -0.11, which meant that the performance level of the Kemiriamba Village website still did not meet user satisfaction and expectations, especially in Service Interaction Quality. The main priority that needs to be corrected and improved immediately is the website attribute; it should have a good reputation. Moreover, the questions, suggestions and complaints need to be processed as promised. The results of this study suggested the Kemiriamba Village website to immediately make improvements and development in order to become a qualified website towards good governance.
The lack of knowledge about dental health and the still limited awareness of the community about dental health, makes some of our community set aside in efforts to prevent or treat dental disease. So we need a system or application that can help people to find out about dental diseases, as well as solutions to overcome these problems. This expert system knowledge base is formed by the if-then rules. The inference method used is forward chaining. This dental disease expert system is based on Android so it can be used anytime and anywhere by the community. Based on the acquisition of expert knowledge obtained 12 rules, 12 diseases, 25 symptoms. Blackbox test results show the application features that are made to run with a fairly good level of success. Unit test results indicate that the application has succeeded in making inferences properly and correctly, in accordance with applicable rules.Keywords: Dental disease, forward chaining, android, expert systemAbstrakMinimnya pengetahuan kesehatan gigi dan masih terbatasnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang kesehatan gigi, membuat sebagian masyarakat kita mengesampingkan dalam upaya mencegah atau mengobati penyakit gigi. Basis pengetahuan sistem pakar ini dibentuk dengan aturan if-then. Metode inferensi yang digunakan adalah forward chaining. Sistem pakar penyakit gigi ini dibuat berbasis android agar bisa digunakan kapan saja dan dimana saja oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan akusisi pengetahuan pakar didapat 12 aturan, 12 penyakit, 25 gejala. Hasil uji blackbox menunjukan fitur-fitur aplikasi yang dibuat berjalan dengan tingkat berhasilan yang cukup baik. Hasil pengujian unit menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi telah berhasil melakukan inferensi dengan baik dan benar, sesuai kaidah yang berlaku.
