Based on the Gaussian cross-sections of laser beam, real-time weighting of Gaussian beam on synthetic aperture radar (SAR) range signals has performed. Sidelobe height of range point spread function of SAR processor is decreased efficiently and imaging quality is improved.
A new disign of the correlation filter is proposed. The spectral iterative technique and the Fourier-Mellin desriptore (FMD'S) are used in the filter disign. Targets are detected by rotating this filter in the Fourier plane to determine points of constant intensity. The results of computer simulation shows that distortion (translation, rotation, scale and intensity) invariant pattern reocgnition can be achieved. 0-81 94-0904-9192/$4.00 SPIE Vol. 1731 Soviet-Chinese Joint Seminar (1991) / 217 Downloaded From: http://proceedings.spiedigitallibrary.org/ on 06/24/2016 Terms of Use: http://spiedigitallibrary.org/ss/TermsOfUse.aspx
From the purpose of accuracy and convenience, a new filter function is used to make optical matched filters in practical optical pattern recognition system by adopting Lohmann's and Lee Wai-hon's holography. These filters can reduce the half-width ofcorrelation peak, improve the SNR and discrimination performance in correlation plane. PRINCIPLE
In this paper, the interpolation and the dense sampling are used to improve Polar-Mellin Transform (PMT).The improved PMT can guarantee the degree of accurary of the Fourier transform and correlation processing. N m ( k-l/2
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
