Over the past three decades, China and India have attained economic power close to that of Japan and the U.S. During this period, the importance of the derivatives market within the financial market has been widely recognized. However, little supporting evidence is available on its economic effects. This paper investigates the dynamic relationship between the derivatives markets and economic development in these four large economies, which we consider together as the CIJU (China, India, Japan, and the U.S.) group. We use a Granger-causality test in the framework of a vector error correction model (VECM) to examine this causal and dynamic relation with data for the period 1998Q1 to 2017Q4. Derivative markets are found to positively contribute to economic development in the short run in the U.S., Japan, and India, but the effect disappears in the long run. In China, the derivatives market has a negative effect on economic development in the short run. However, in the long run, we observe a positive effect from the derivatives market on economic development based on two long-run estimation techniques, namely, dynamic ordinary least squares and fully modified ordinary least squares. Also, the development of derivative markets causes growth volatility in India, both in the short run and long run.

The Coronavirus disease pandemic of 2019 is a vast worldwide public health hazard, impacting people of all ages and socioeconomic statuses. Vaccination is one of the most effective methods of controlling a pandemic like COVID-19. This study aims to investigate the relationship between the number of vaccination injections and fear of COVID-19 and test whether beliefs benefit from vaccination COVID-19 mediate the effect of fear of COVID-19 on the number of vaccination injections. A total of 649 Vietnamese adults were enrolled online to finish answering, including scales The Health Belief Model (HBM) and The Fear of COVID-19 (FCV-19S), consisting of 340 (52.4%) males and 309 (47.6%) females. The data were analyzed using variance, regression, and a simple mediation model. The total score of COVID-19 fear was M = 22.26, SD = 5.49. Vietnamese fear of COVID-19 was at a medium level. Our results suggest that 18- to 20-year-olds are more fearful of COVID-19 than others. People who received the first dosage exhibited a greater fear of COVID-19 than those who received the second dose and were not inoculated. Additionally, the beliefs benefit of vaccination COVID-19 has a role in the relationship between the number of vaccination injections and fear of COVID-19. During the pandemic, adults in Vietnam are more afraid of COVID-19 than during prior outbreaks. Besides, the Vietnamese populace demonstrated a considerable demand for and high acceptability of the COVID-19 vaccine. The current study indicates that psychological counselors and therapists should counsel clients on the value of vaccination and address the fear of COVID-19 as public understanding of the benefits of vaccines increases. To further clarify the effect of this issue on the correlation between fear of COVID-19 and the number of vaccinations, the results of this study indicate that the existing vaccine communication factor for COVID-19 vaccination should be modified to increase confidence in the benefits of immunization.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the current existing obstacle and Vietnamese high school students' need for academic advising. A group of 1,200 children (449 boys and 751 girls from grade 6 through 12) from seven high schools participated in the survey. They completed a 24-item questionnaire about their study obstacle and academic advising need. The results showed a significant positive correlation between high school students' current existing obstacles and their need for academic advising. Moreover, the average point of high school students' current existing study obstacles was 2.67 and the need for academic advising was 3.18. The results suggested high school students facing obstacles in their study have the need to be consulted on these difficulties. Different school levels and living conditions result in different current obstacles and needs of academic advising during their study.

Social-emotional education plays an important role in helping students develop essential life-skills that go beyond academics. Over the last decade, research literature on social-emotional learning and life-skills in Vietnam has begun to develop. This paper provides an overview of the major trends in studying, solving and evaluating the relationship between social-emotional learning and life-skills education in Vietnam. In addition, the paper also evaluates the challenges of linking this relationship. The researcher also created models that embed each of the five competencies of social and emotional learning into living skills programs for Vietnamese primary students. The results suggested that the teachers were all aware of the challenges when embedding SEL in classrooms in primary schools. The COVID-19 is a global crisis that has brought about a ton of negative consequences. Especially, fearfulness more or less arose in everyone during the pandemic and had bad impacts on their daily life. Furthermore, finding out the predictors of their fear is necessary to come up with strategies to lower the fear. All of that makes examining their fear of COVID-19 more necessary than ever. This study examined Vietnamese undergraduates' fear of COVID-19 and found out some predictors of their fear. Our crosssectional study was conducted on Vietnamese students using The Fear of COVID-19 Scale. To determine if demographic variables are a predictor of fear of COVID-19 among undergraduate students. Pearson's correlation and linear regression analysis were conducted. The data were analyzed by the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20.0 with considering a significant p-value ≤ of 0.05. The results indicated that: (1) students in Vietnam suffered from a medium level of fearfulness (M = 21.66, SD = 5.83); (2) females had a serious fear of COVID-19 in comparison with males; and (3) the students' gender, university, school year, their number of Family size and their moving status significantly predicted their level of fear for COVID-19. In conclusion, the student's gender, university, school year, their number of Family size, and moving status were significant predictors for their fear of COVID-19.
