The study aimed at assessing how environmental management practices are incorporated and developed in pedagogical projects of undergraduate courses at the Center for Higher Education North-CES-NORS / UFSM. This is a qualitative study, developed from research conducted with coordinators of undergraduate courses of CESNORS / UFSM. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire with open questions, applied to the coordinators of undergraduate courses of CESNORS. The results show that none of the twelve (12) Pedagogical Projects Course (PPC) CESNORS / UFSM presents inserting chapter articulates environmental education with the Institutional Development Plan (IDP) and Institutional Educational Project (IPP). As for offering courses in environmental education, only four (4) courses to offer (Forestry, Journalism, Agronomy and Life Sciences). As the content of environmental education worked in different disciplines, only the courses Public Relations and Nutrition does not propose. With regard to the integration of environmental education to the disciplines of each course transversely, continuous and permanent, the results demonstrate that courses in Information Systems, Public Relations and Biological Sciences not have this integration.
