A Síndrome Coronariana Aguda (SCA) é um processo isquêmico do miocárdio oriundo da hipoperfusão cardíaca, resultante da rotura de uma aterosclerose ou por coágulo nas artérias coronárias. Existem vários indicativos para a suspeição da SCA como a típica dor torácica e a falta de ar, onde o grupo de idosos, diabéticos e mulheres já possibilita considerar a diagnose. O seguinte artigo objetivou descrever de modo narrativo os aspectos mais relevantes a respeito da síndrome coronariana aguda. Para efetivar esta pesquisa, utilizou se os descritores em saúde: direcionado para as renomadas plataformas que disponibilizaram artigos na íntegra, nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol. Mediante as informações coletadas na literatura, pode se elucidar que a SCA é uma emergência médica, a qual possui seu desfecho clinico determinado pelo diagnóstico e tratamento precoce. Desta forma, é imprescindível obter o máximo possível de informações na história clinica, associar aos achados do exame físico e meios complementares para a condução adequada da SCA, alívio sintomático e prevenção de morbimortalidades.
O objetivo do presente artigo foi descrever através da revisão de literatura de modo narrativo as principais considerações clínicas da asma. Foram incluídos artigos na categoria original, disponibilizados na íntegra, publicados nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol, durante os últimos 5 anos. Dos 250 estudos identificados, 13 foram eleitos. A asma é um distúrbio inflamatório crônico das vias respiratórias relacionado ao agrupamento de células inflamatórias e com o início de manifestações clínicas como o sibilo, aperto no peito, falta de ar e tosse. Geralmente, a obstrução ao fluxo aéreo não é total e é reversível de modo espontâneo e/ou com a terapêutica. Foi realizada uma revisão narrativa de literatura fundamentada nas renomadas plataformas de pesquisa, utilizando como descritores: asthma, health e obstruction. Diante o levantamento de dados, elucida-se que a asma é uma condição de intensa repercussão clínica para a saúde pública, a qual é crucial efetivar o diagnóstico precoce e diferencial de modo preciso para se manejar a terapêutica ideal para cada caso.
Objetivo: Descrever por meio da literatura científica de modo narrativo as principais considerações clínicas sobre a temática intolerância a lactose e alergia a proteína do leite de vaca (APLV) na pediatria. Metodologia: Trata- se de uma revisão narrativa de literatura fundamentada nas plataformas do SciELO, PubMed, Brazilian Journal of Health Review, Acervo Mais Index Base, Research, Society and Development e demais literaturas renomadas sobre a temática. Resultados e Discussão: A intolerância a lactose (IL) e a Alergia a Proteína do Leite de Vaca (ALPV) são erroneamente equiparadas, mas ambas são enfermidades distintas. A intolerância à lactose se trata de um fenômeno a qual a lactase não é devidamente digerida, e por meio da ação bacteriana resulta no desconforto característico da condição, mas não caracteriza uma reação alérgica. Em contraste, a alergia ao leite têm foco na proteína, a qual excede a barreira da mucosa intestinal e alcança a circulação sanguínea. Tal ocorrido, resulta em aparições digestivas como diarreia de aspecto amolecido, fezes sanguinolentas, déficit de ganho ponderal e erupções sistêmicas como urticária, eczema e até choque anafilático. As disfunções orgânicas são distintas e neste estudo ressaltou-se de modo descritivo os principais pontos mais significativos para a clínica pediátrica. Conclusões: Diante do levantamento de informações, pode se elucidar que a alergia e intolerância alimentar é um tema relevante na pediatria, pois pode se associar a importante morbidade, com impacto negativo na sobrevida e na qualidade de vida da criança, se não for tratada adequadamente.
