Síndrome Coronariana Aguda: uma abordagem sobre seu impacto na cardiologia

Abstract: A Síndrome Coronariana Aguda (SCA) é um processo isquêmico do miocárdio oriundo da hipoperfusão cardíaca, resultante da rotura de uma aterosclerose ou por coágulo nas artérias coronárias. Existem vários indicativos para a suspeição da SCA como a típica dor torácica e a falta de ar, onde o grupo de idosos, diabéticos e mulheres já possibilita considerar a diagnose.
