Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work from home (WFH) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Pegawai Fakultas Hukum Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah 24 responden. Data diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linear sederhana, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh work from home terhadap kinerja, 21% variasi perubahan variabel kinerja mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel work from home sedangkan sisanya sebesar 79% lagi dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar dari variabel penelitian ini.

Abstrak. PT. Suzuki memproduksi produk yaitu motor jenis suzuki satria FU yang memiliki cc 150cc dan paling besar untuk dikelasnya, seiring perkembangan jaman banyak produsen untuk mengembangkan produknya untuk bersaing dipasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen pada sepeda motor jenis satria FU di Bandar Lampung. Hipotesis yang penulis ajukan adalah "Diduga kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen pada sepeda motor Suzuki jenis satria FU". Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Asosiatif. Penelitian ini adalah semua konsumen yang membeli motor suzuki jenis satria FU 150 yang selanjutnya dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel dari bulan Juni hingga Agustus 2016 sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil uji analisis regresi sederhana Y=13,672+0,418X, dan nilai R 2 Square sebesar 0,331 menunjukkan bahwa minat beli konsumen (Y) dipengaruhi Kualitas produk sebesar 33,1% sisanya sebesar 66,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Dilihat dari t tabel (1,660), t hitung hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas Produk sebesar 6,968 berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Minat beli

Dari hasil tabel 4.8 dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.006 < 0.05 dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 3.011 > 1,71714, dengan demikian hipotesis diterima yang berarti modal kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Hasil pengujian bahwa nilai R square sebesar 0,292. Nilai R square ini menunjukkan bahwa besarnya kontribusi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen adalah sebesar 29,20%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 71,80% ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak teridentifikasi dalam penelitian ini.
