Saat ini, untuk mencetak lulusan minimal dengan kemampuan sesuai standar kompetensi lulusan serta memiliki kemampuan untuk berpikir kreatif didalam bekerja, tentu diperlukan adanya pengembangan pembelajaran dalam kompetensi secara tuntas, terpadu dan sistematis seperti pengembangan bahan ajar LKPD berbasis STEM sebagai pembelajaran yang menuntun pola pikir peserta didik memecahkan masalah, berikpikir logis, kreatif, mandiri, menguasai teknologi, dan mampu mengaplikasikannya dalam dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses dan kualitas pengembangan LKPD sebagai bahan ajar Berbasis STEM untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kreativitas mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah R&D yang terdiri Define, Design, Development, Dissemnate. Objek penelitian yaitu LKPD berbasis STEM untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kreativitas mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa data kelayakan produk, data respon serta data kemampuan kreativitas mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket validasi LKPD, angket respon mahasiswa, dan lembar kemampuan kreativitas. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis data kelayakan, analisis data respon, dan deskripsi gambaran kemampuan kreativitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan merupakan kriteria valid dan dapat digunakan dengan revisi kecil berdasarkan penilaian yang dilakukan validator meliputi aspek kualitas isi, bahasa, dan kualitas penyajian. Kualitas pengembangan LKPD dengan validasi beberapa ahli, meliputi bahasa dan petunjuk penyelesaian dalam tes kemampuan kreativitas matematika, menunjukkan bahwa semua soal dapat digunakan dan dinyatakan layak digunakan. Serta kemampuan kreativitas matematika yakni 10% berada pada tingkat sangat kreatif, 30% pada tingkat kreatif, 45% pada tingkat cukup kreatif, 15% pada tingkat kurang kreatif, dan 0% pada tingkat tidak kreatif.
This study aims to examine the process of developing performance appraisal instruments and descriptions by referring to the lecturers of the Mathematics Tadris Study Program IAIN Palopo and analyzing their responses. This type of investigation uses research and development (Research and Development). Four phases follow it in the Plomp development model: the first phase, which is investigation-based; then there is the design phase; then there is the realization phase; then there are the test and evaluation phases. And finally, there is a revision phase. The results showed that the percentage of lecturers' performance by category, namely 14.28% was in the very high category, 57% was in the high category, 28.72% was in a low category, and 0% was in the deficient category. This shows that maximum efforts are needed to improve the performance of lecturers so that they are even more optimal in the implementation of the tri dharma of higher education in the Mathematics Tadris Study Program IAIN Palopo. This study implies the importance of understanding the performance appraisal mechanism for each lecturer so that it can be used as a basis for improvement and career development.

<p>This research aims to: (1) find out the differences in mathematical literacy skills of students using the DLPS learning model and those using conventional learning models, (2) find out the differences in students' mathematical literacy skills in terms of verbal skills of students, (3) to find out the interaction of the DLPS learning model in terms of students' verbal skills on mathematical literacy skills of students. The research approach uses a quantitative approach with the type of quasi-experimental research and design of Factorial design 3 x 2. The population in this study is all eighth grade students of MTs Muhammadiyah Kampung Baru with the total is 48 people. The sample in this study is the eight-grade A as a control class while the eight grade B is as an experimental class. The instrument used in this study is a test of students 'mathematical literacy skills in the form of pretest and posttest and questionnaires to measure students' verbal skills. The data analysis technique used are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The result shows that: (1) there is a difference between the application of the DLPS learning model and the conventional model on the mathematical literacy skills of students, (2) there is a difference in students' mathematical literacy skill in terms of vebal skill of students, and (3) there is no interaction effect between the DLPS learning model in terms of verbal skill to mathematical literacy skills of students</p>
Abstract:This research has been carried out on Semester II students of Mathematics education Department, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at IAIN Palopo in 2017. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive. This research aims to describe the ability of students in solving Linear Program problems in terms of differences in the level of prerequisite ability and cognitive style. The instruments were (1) GEFT test, (2) Linear Algebra prerequisite ability tests, (3) Linear Program problem solving tests, (4) and unstructured task-based interviews. The results of this study are (1) research subjects with high prerequisite ability dependent field cognitive style, showing good ability in understanding problems correctly, planning solutions, solving problems in accordance with the plan and re-examining the results obtained. Subjects can solve Linear Program problems with graph and simplex methods (2) research subjects with prerequisite abilities while field dependent cognitive style, able to understand problems correctly, still unsure when carrying out solutions, but according to plan. Subjects can solve Linear Program problems with graphical methods and simplex methods, (3) research subjects with low prerequisite ability in field dependent cognitive style, lack of ability to understand problems, unable to carry out problem solving correctly, and unsure in explaining the completion steps taken.Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di IAIN Palopo Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Pendidikan Tadris Matematika Semester III Tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam memecahkan masalah Program Linier ditinjau dari perbedaan tingkat kemampuan prasyarat dan gaya kognitif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah (1) tes GEFT, (2) tes kemampuan prasyarat Aljabar Linier, (3) tes pemecahan masalah Program Linier, (4) dan wawancara berbasis tugas tidak terstruktur. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) subjek penelitian dengan kemampuan prasyarat tinggi gaya kognitif field dependen, menunjukkan kemampuan yang baik dalam memahami masalah dengan tepat, merencanakan pemecahan, menyelesaikan masalah sesuai dengan rencana dan memeriksa kembali hasil yang diperoleh. Subjek dapat menyelesaikan masalah Program Linier dengan metode grafik dan simpleks (2) subjek penelitian dengan kemampuan prasyarat sedang gaya kognitif field dependent, dapat memahami masalah dengan tepat, masih kurang yakin saat melaksanakan pemecahan, namun sesuai dengan rencana. Subjek dapat menyelesaikan masalah Program Linier dengan metode grafik dan metode simpleks, (3) subjek penelitian dengan kemampuan prasyarat rendah gaya kognitif field dependent, kurang mampu memahami permasalahan, tidak mampu melaksanakan pemecahan masalah dengan benar, dan tidak yakin dalam menjelaskan langkah-langkah penyelesaian yang ditempuh.
