Perilaku caring adalah dasar utama yang mendasari a helping relationship yang terjalin antara perawat-pasien. Hubungan terapeutik ini dibangun melalui komunikasi terapeutik yang dipraktikkan untuk mencapai keberhasilan program terapi. Namun, masih banyak perawat tidak menerapkan komunikasi terapeutik dalam berintegrasi dengan pasien. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman perawat melalui pelatihan komunikasi terapeutik pada perawat di rumah sakit di Kota Padang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pendekatan ceramah, diskusi, dan demonstrasi. Pembelajaran dilakukan selama 8 jam efektif, sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran dilakukan pengukuran pengetahuan pre-test dan post-test. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 orang perawat yang berdinas di ruang rawat inap rumah sakit. Berdasarkan uji paired t-test, didapatkan hasil bahwa ada perbedaan rerata pengetahuan peserta tentang komunikasi terapeutik sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan (p value= 0,000). Selisih rerata skor pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan yaitu 2,550. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan demonstrasi terbukti efektif dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat tentang komunikasi terapeutik. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan secara rutin agar dapat mendorong peningkatan kualitas asuhan keperawatan pada pasien melalui penerapan komunikasi terapeutik yang baik oleh perawat.
This study aims to determine the factors associated with family anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Sukarame work area, Palembang City. The research method used is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted in August with a sample of 206 respondents. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire and then analyzed the multivariate logistic regression Odd Ratio data. The results showed that education, knowledge, attitudes, health services and support from community leaders had a significant relationship with family anxiety during the COVID 19 pandemic at the Sukarame Public Health Center in 2021. All factors indicated health services as the dominant factor associated with family anxiety levels in the community. health services with an OR value of 3.867. The opportunities for family anxiety experienced by education, knowledge, attitudes, health services and support from community leaders are only 27.1%, the rest 72.9% are other factors outside of this study.
Kelompok kunci lelaki seks lelaki (LSL) saat ini menjadi perhatian dikarenakan salah satu kelompok yang mengalami peningkatan kasus kejadian infeksi HIV. Stigma sosial memberikan dampak terhadap keinginan atau motivasi populasi kunci LSL untuk memeriksakan diri menjadi rendah. Memilih untuk membiarkan dan mengakses layanan ketika infeksi oportunistik telah muncul, memperburuk situasi dan capaian program pencegahan pada kelompok ini. Situasi gunung es atau tidak terdeteksinya penyakit menular merupakan kondisi memprihatinkan yang harus dicari solusi pendekatan yang sesuai agar dapat melindungi kelompok ini dari HIV. Peningkatan pemeriksaan status harus digiatkan sehingga penting dibentuk sebuah kegiatan agar dapat meningkatkan notifikasi status HIV kelompok kunci LSL. Self-testing/pemeriksaan mandiri status HIV merupakan strategi yang dapat digalakkan untuk mengakomodir pentingnya privasi, kerahasiaan dan ruang personal bagi populasi kunci yang mendapat stigma. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan fokus grup diskusi dengan petugas dan konselor HIV di Yayasan Akbar Kota Padang mengenai pengenalan alat pemeriksaan mandiri/self-testing HIV dan konseling jarak jauh (tele-counselling). Pada bulan November fokus grup diskusi dilakukan untuk membahas kemungkinan strategi untuk diimplementasikan. Peserta mengatakan bahwa penggunaan pemeriksaan mandiri HIV tidak tersedia secara umum dalam pilihan upaya penjangkauan dan pencegahan populasi kunci terutama LSL. Sebagian besar peserta diskusi setuju bahwa memiliki lebih banyak pilihan bebas biaya untuk tes HIV akan meningkatkan tingkat orang yang memilih untuk mengetahui status HIV mereka. Namun, kekhawatiran juga diungkapkan tentang akurasi tes dan kehandalan hasil karena kurangnya pengetahuan teknis tentang bagaimana melakukan tes mandiri oleh populasi. Penting untuk menyediakan program pemeriksaan mandiri pada kelompok LSL agar angka pemeriksaan status dapat ditingkatkan.
