Peran Guru dalam aktivitas pemberian pelajaran di sekolah sangat besar, karena setiap pembelajaran yang terjadi di kelas merupakan hasil dari peran guru. Pada keadaan tatap muka normal mungkin ini adalah hal yang biasa dan tidak terlalu memusingkan, akan tetapi berbeda jika keadaan menjadi tidak normal seperti saat dikarenakan pengaruh epidemi covid 19. Guru sebagai aditokoh dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pun dituntut untuk aktif dan kreatif dalam menciptakan suatu model pembelajaran baru dengan kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan guru sehingga dapat memotivasi siswa selama kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan juga kuesioner. Hasil yang tim peroleh dari penelitian ini berlandaskan pada wawancara yang dilakukan dengan kepala sekolah dan guru dimana diperoleh hasil bahwa guru sudah cukup menyadari bahwa peranan guru sangat dibutuhkan siswa sehingga kegiatan belajar dan mengajar dapat terlaksana tanpa hambatan. Dari hasil angket dapat diketahui bahwa guru sudah menyadari dan menjalankan peran dengan cukup baik. Untuk hasil angket motivasi belajar siswa setelah guru menjalankan perananya sebagai motivator menunjukan bahwa guru sudah baik dalam menjalankan peranya sebagai motivator, sedangkan untuk hasil angket pemilihan model serta strategi pembelajaran juga cukup baik.
Indonesia has long been known as one of the world major producers of black pepper. Bangka Belitung and Lampung provinces are the main black pepper production regions in Indonesia. In addition, West Java is also one of the pepper-producing regions. This research aims at observing the morphological characteristics, yield and quality of a local variety that has been grown in West Java. The observations were carried out in three agro ecological conditions Sukabumi, Purwakarta and Ciamis districts during two harvesting season at the age of 4 and 5 years on 5 plants/plot, repeated four times. For comparison, Petaling1 has been used but only in Purwakarta. The results showed that pepper Ciinten variety has broad-leaved, long spike, high number of fruits per spike, also big the size of berries. The production of green berries per vine 4.30 kg/tree, with levels of the essential oil, oleoresin and piperine are 2.79%, 12.71% and 4.73% respectively (white pepper), 2.74%, 15.98% and 4.34% respectively (black pepper). The percentage of fruit set is also high. To get the same unit of weight on Ciinten variety requires the number of spikes harvested 1/3 times (66) of Petaling 1 (189 spikes), making this variety more efficient in harvesting costs.
<p><em>This research aimed to analyze the effect of narcissism on counterproductive behavior, narcissism on anger/negative emotion; the effect of job stressor on anger/negative emotion; the effect of anger/negative emotion on counterproductive working behavior; and anger/negative emotion mediating the effect of narcissism and job stressor on counterproductive working behavior. The sample of research was the employees in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk of Solo areas consisting of 200 respondents. The method of sampling used was non probability sampling, judgment sampling. Meanwhile the method of analyzing data used was Structural Equation Model (SEM).</em></p><p><em>The result of hypothesis testing showed that narcissism affected positively and significantly the counterproductive working behavior; narcissism affected positively and significantly on anger/negative emotion; job stressor affected significantly the anger/negative emotion; anger/negative emotion affected significantly and positively the anger/negative emotion and significantly mediated the effect of narcissism and job stressor in counterproductive working behavior.</em></p>
This article aimed at identifying, describing, and obtaining deep understanding about channel management to reveal the characteristics of relationship-marketing theory. As such, it utilizes the agency theoretical perspective which is occasionally used in prior relationship-marketing research. The research uses qualitative method based on phenomenology theoretical-design and constructivism philosophy to observed fast-moving consumer goods business phenomenon within transactional buying-selling process in the channel management structure. Such design will be applied through the mechanism of distribution channels in traditional trade. The result identifies three positions of distribution channels within the agency theory perspective: (1) relationship between principal, distributor and promotional agencies in an efficient contract position, (2) relationship between distributor, wholesaler and retailer in the position of the realized outcomes, and (3) relationship between wholesaler, retailer and the end-users in a pay-offs position. The findings viewed as a constructive way in describing the re-design model structure of channel management from the agency theoretical perspective. As such, the research revealed three characteristics of relationship marketing; exclusive contract, direct competitive, and temporary contract approach. This research implies that the agency theoretical perspective will emerge as a new and prosperous theoretical perspective in the field of relationship marketing research in the future. It might be argued that managers in applying any relationship marketing approach are advised to stay focused on improving the quality of relationships among the partners covered by each channel-group. Further, it is expected that future research in the field of marketing management, particularly on relationship-marketing research, to utilize the agency theory as their theoretical strands.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero). In this study, the population is all employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Nganjuk Branch totaling 32 employees with sampling using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the results of the study, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 3.838 + 1.451X1 + 0.063X2 + e can be stated Work Motivation variable (X1) and Work Discipline variable (X2) give a positive influence on the Employee Performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Nganjuk Branch. The results showed that partially the work motivation variable had a significant effect on employee performance, while the work discipline had no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Nganjuk Branch. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination are 0.483 or 48.3%, which means that the contribution of work motivation and work discipline variables to performance is 48.3%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside of this regression model. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero). Dalam penelitian ini, populasi adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Nganjuk yang berjumlah 32 karyawan dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh persamaan regresi sebagai berikut: Y = 3,838 + 1,451X1 + 0,063X2 +e dapat dinyatakan variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Nganjuk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, variabel motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Nganjuk. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh 0,483 atau 48,3%, yang artinya kontribusi variabel motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja sebesar 48,3%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model regresi ini.
Yard land in urban areas has not been utilized for the cultivation of vegetables that are productive and economically profitable. This service program aims to improve the knowledge and skills of PKK members in verticultural and hydroponic vegetable cultivation. Thus, the members can use their yard more productively. The method used in this community service program is training, which consists of counseling as well as demonstrations and practice. Counseling is about the cultivation of vegetable plants vertically and hydroponically has increased the knowledge of participants, from initially not knowing about verticulture to know. The demonstration/practice of growing vegetables the next day made the participants better understand what was delivered in the previous counseling. This encourages the improvement of mothers' skills in growing vegetables vertically and hydroponically. This additional knowledge and skills encourage participants to practice in their own homes.
Strengthening religious character as a shield from immorality is important to instill from an early age. Various efforts can be used for this purpose, one of which is through the Islamic literacy movement. This study seeks to reveal the Islamic literacy practice in fostering the religious character of students in RA KM Al-Hikmah through qualitative research methods with a single case study approach. The results of this study find the fact that religious character development is carried out through the practice of Islamic literacy that is integrated in classroom-based learning and school-based culture. Through learning activities that are subject to the content of religious material and delivered with various methods, religious values are not only oriented towards the accumulation of student knowledge but also become a habit to be religious. Another factor that supports the maximization of religious character development for students is the construct of school culture that leads to the formation of religious culture by programming religious activities that are directly related to classroom learning.
