The implementation of posyandu for the elderly is not optimal and the lack of understanding of the elderly about the posyandu for the elderly causes a lack of participation and utilization of services by the elderly. This community service activity is carried out at the Posyandu Elderly in Sumbertebu Village with the aim to improve the skills of posyandu cadres and increase the participation of the elderly coming to the Posyandu. Revitalization activities include cadre training activities, making health promotion media, socializing the use of elderly posyandu through visits to elderly homes, assisting the implementation of elderly posyandu, and carrying out development activities in the form of elderly gymnastics (sports and group therapy (education). the results of this community service include increasing cadre skills in implementing posyandu and increasing the number of elderly visits to posyandu, optimizing the main service activities in posyandu and development activities capable of increasing the motivation of elderly people to come to the elderly posyandu.
Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan melakukan gaya berpacaran yang menjurus pada perilaku seks bebas sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya penyebaran penyakit menular seksual maupun kehamilan diluar nikah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian tim STIKes Majapahit adalah agar remaja di Mojokerto mempunyai pengetahuan yang baik tentang perilaku berpacaran serta memiliki motivasi yang positif dalam menghindari perilaku seks bebas. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada remaja SMA di wilayah Mojokerto yang berupa upaya pembinaan tentang perilaku berpacaran dan dampaknya, perilaku seks bebas dan dampaknya, serta upaya persuatif agar remaja memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk menghindari seks bebas selama berpacaran. Kegiatan pembinaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan pembinaan didapatkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan remaja tentang perilaku berpacaran dan dampaknya, perilaku seks bebas dan dampaknya serta terjadi peningkatan motivasi remaja dalam menghindari seks bebas. Pengetahuan merupakan domain utama dalam perilaku yang memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap terbentuknya perilaku maupun motivasi tertentu. Semakin tinggi pengetahuan seseorang tentang suatu perilaku, maka semakin tinggi motivasi seorang individu untuk melakukan sesuatu. Semakin baik pengetahuan remaja tentang perilaku berpacaran dan dampaknya, maupun tentang perilaku seks bebas maka semakin tinggi motivasi yang dimiliki remaja untuk menghindari seks bebas selama berpacaran.
The quality of nursing services is an indicator of the quality of health services in the eyes of the community. One indicator of the quality of nursing service is whether the nursing service provided satisfies the patient or not. The purpose of this study to analyze the relationship between the quality of nursing services and family satisfaction of patients in the Children's Room (Bougenville) RSUD dr. Haryoto Lumajang. The design of this research is cross sectional, using purposive sampling technique and the number of samples is 56 respondents. The study was conducted in March 2020. The results showed that 50 people (89.3%) assessed the quality of nursing services in the Children's Room (Bougenville) RSUD dr. Haryoto Lumajang is Very Good and 41 people (73.2%) stated that they were very satisfied with the nursing services in the Children's Room (Bougenville) dr. Haryoto Lumajang. Based on the results of the spearman rank test with a significant level of 0.05, the results obtained were p = 0.001 and r = 0.442 so that p <0.05, then Ha was accepted, meaning that there was a significant relationship between the quality of nursing services and the patient's family satisfaction in the children's room (Bougenville ) RSUD dr. Haryoto Lumajang. Efforts to improve the quality of nursing services can be done by providing professional nursing care in accordance with nursing standards and Standard Operating Procedures at the agency and always implementing 6 patient safety goals.Â
Anxiety is communicated interpersonally and is part of everyday life, generating valuable and important warnings for efforts to maintain self-balance and protect oneself. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the level of anxiety of pregnant women in the third trimester with parturition readiness in sawit Village, Long Ikis district, Paser district in 2021. The research design was an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The independent variable was the anxiety of pregnant women in the third trimester, the dependent variable is the readiness of parturition. The population was all pregnant women in sawit Village, Long Ikis district, Paser district as many as 30 pregnant women, with a total sampling technique obtained 30 respondents who were held from February to August 2021. The instruments used were questionnaires and observations (observations). Data analysis using Spearman Rank test. The results of statistical tests using Spearman Rank found that the value of count = 0.000 table = 0.01, so H0 was rejected. H1 accepted means that there was a relationship between anxiety in third trimester pregnant women and readiness for parturition. Based on the correlation coefficient, the value of C = 0.817 was obtained, the closeness of the relationship level was very strong. The conclusion that the less anxiety in third-trimester pregnant women, the more prepared pregnant women are to face parturition, namely 3 respondents were very ready. It was expected for family members to get information for preparation for parturition to reduce anxiety levels in pregnant women either through the health center, the media, or from the internet.
