Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesulitan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal aritmatika soaial. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di kelas 7 SMP Al- Barokah Sindangkerta pada tanggal 19 April 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriftif, data yang dianalisis adalah wawancara dan soal materi aritmatika sosial. Hasil analisis butir soal menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal aritmatika pada soal nomor 1 masih rendah, sedangkan pada soal nomor 2, 3, 4 dan 5 siswa sudah mampu mengerjakan soal dengan baik dan benar. Hasil wawancara membuktikan bahwa materi aritmatika sangat penting dipelajari dan dipahami oleh siswa karena aritmatika sosial adalah ilmu dasar masyarakat dalam kehidupan sehari – hari, dan dapat dikatakan aritmatika sosial sering dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan hasil beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa kesulitan dalam mengerjakan soal aritmatika sosial yaitu kurangnya minat siswa dalam belajar, kurangnya pemahaman konsep matematis siswa terhadap materi aritmatika sosial, siswa kurang motivasi dan siswa kurang berlatih mengerjakan soal, serta dalam penelitian ini peneliti mendapatkan tife – tife kesalahan siswa yang dianalisis menggunakan prosedur tahapan Newman, yang mana tife kesalahan siswa yang dialami yaitu kesalahan memahami soal, kesalahan transformasi, kesalahan keterampilan proses dan kesalahan penulisan jawaban.
Madrasah Aliyah Attaqwa Tangerang adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang sedang berkembang di kawasan Tangerang. Perkembangan lembaga pendidikan Attaqwa ini akan sangat terbantu dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Penulis ingin berkontribusi kepada lembaga pendidikan Attaqwa ini dengan merancang Sistem Informasi Akademik berbasis web agar dapat membantu kelancaran proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Sistem Informasi Akademik yang penulis rancangan ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall mulai dari tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, testing dan pemeliharaan sistem. Sistem Informasi Akademik ini akan mengelola data siswa, guru, nilai dan informasi sekolah yang akan disampaikan kepada masyarakat luar dengan lebih efektif dan memiliki ruang lingkup yang lebih luas dalam proses penyaluran informasi. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Akademik berbasis Web akan sangat membantu lembaga pendidikan Attaqwa dengan memberdayakan secara optimal fasilitas internet yang telah ada untuk mempermudah pengolahan data dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional lembaga juga menjadikan website sebagai salah satu sarana yang efektif dan efesien dalam hal mengenalkan atau mempromosikan lembaga pendidikan Madrasah Attaqwa Tangerang kepada masyarakat.
Health Service is a tool and or place that used to conduct health care efforts whether promotion, prevention, curation, or rehabilitation which conducted by central government, local government, and or community (PPRI No. 47 thn 2016). Observational research Methods is crossectional research design approach. The research was conducted in the Working Area Community Health Center of Kolang Tapanuli Tengah Regency. The population in this study were all maternity mothers between June to December 2017 in the work area of Health Center of Kolang Central Tapanuli Regency as many as 256 people, this research use Slovin formula, so the amount of research sample is 156 respondase.The result of Bivariate study showed that there was a significant relationship between: a) maternal age with utilization of midwifery care facility (p-= 0,001), b) there was a significant correlation between maternal education with utilization of midwifery care facility (p-= 0,001), c) there is a significant correlation between maternal job with utilization of midwifery care facility (p-= 0,002), d) there is a significant correlation between mother attitude with utilization of midwifery care facility (p-v= 0,002), e) exist (p- = 0.000,), there is a significant correlation between travel time and the utilization of health care facility of midwifery (p-= 0,000), f) there is a significant relationship between support families with utilization of midwifery care facilities (p- = 0,000), g) there is a significant relationship between means infrastructure with utilization of midwifery care facility (p-= 0,002), officer attitude factor is the most influencing factor in the utilization of midwifery health services. The supportive attitude of the officers will have a likelihood of 121 times in improving the utilization of maternal services in maternal mothers rather than the supportive attitude of the less supportive officers of maternity mothers.It is hoped that health workers community Health Center of Kolang Tapanuli Tengah can provide more information about the utilization of midwifery health service facilities to improve patient's health status and patient independence in order to utilize midwifery health care facilities Health Center of Kolang Tapanuli Tengah Regency
The existence of the Integrated Marriage Itsbat in Jambi City has begun since 2015 but in 2018, it was no longer implemented. One of the reasons is because the number of participants was decreasing. However, the trial of Marriage Itsbat in the Religious Court was still held. This study tries to examine its implementation in Jambi City and the problems surround it. This is an empirical legal research which employs the qualitative data collection through interviews and documentation. The study finds that the implementation of this program was loaded with a number of problems. Even in the reality, the final goal of this program, which is to help disadvantaged people to obtain rights to marriage certificates, marriage books, and birth certificates in one service unit, was not fully achieved. The results of this study indicate that there were a number of problems that had arisen, including: the existence of this program creating chances for increasing unregistered marriages; registration of participants without going through KUA leading to missed checks related to the clarity of previous marital status; a constraint in the publishing process of a Marriage Certificate; and lack of socialization. Hence, future programs of integrated marriage itsbat should be able to address the unintended consequences.Keywords: Integrated Marriage Itsbat, marriage registration, Religious Court, Compilation of Islamic LawKeberadaan Program Itsbat Nikah Terpadu di Kota Jambi baru dimulai pada tahun 2015. Namun, pada tahun 2018 tidak lagi dilaksanakan. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah jumlah peserta yang semakin menurun. Meskipun demikian, Sidang Itsbat Nikah di Pengadilan Agama tetap dilaksanakan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mencoba menilik implementasi Itsbat Nikah Terpadu di Kota Jambi serta problematika yang terjadi di seputarnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa implementasi program ini sarat dengan sejumlah permasalahan, bahkan realitanya, tujuan akhir program ini, yaitu membantu masyarakat kurang mampu untuk memperoleh hak atas akta perkawinan, buku nikah, dan akte kelahiran dalam bentuk pelayanan terpadu tidak sepenuhnya tercapai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada sejumlah masalah yang muncul, diantaranya: keberadaan Itsbat Nikah Terpadu dapat menimbulkan peluang semakin meningkatnya angka pernikahan tidak tercatat; pendaftaran peserta tanpa melalui KUA seringkali menyebabkan luputnya pemeriksaan terkait kejelasan status pernikahan sebelumnya; terkendalanya proses penerbitan Buku Nikah; hingga sosialisasi yang minim.Kata kunci: Itsbat nikah terpadu, pencatatan perkawinan, Pengadilan Agama, Kompilasi Hukum Islam
Puskesmas is a health service facility that organizes public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts, with greater emphasis on promotive and preventive efforts, to achieve the highest level of public health in the working area. Puskesmas Accreditation is an acknowledgment given by an independent Accreditation provider established by the Minister after meeting Accreditation standards. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Puskesmas Accreditation Status and Service Quality in Simalungun District. This type of research is analytic to determine the relationship between Puskesmas Accreditation Status and Service Quality in Simalungun District. This study uses a case control study approach (case and control), where independent variables are determined first, then the dependent variable is searched through a questionnaire that has been tested. A sample of 92 people, 46 were sampled for cases (Puskesmas Tiga Dolok) and 46 for controls (puskesmas Huta Bayu) using consecutive sampling techniques. Based on the results of bivariate test studies, that the dimensions of service quality related to the health center accreditation status (p <0.05) are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance dimensions. Factors that are not related to the health center accreditation status (p> 0.05) are empathy dimensions. From the multivariate test results, it is known that the most dominant factor on the status of puskesmas accreditation is the quality of service based on the dimensions of responsiveness.
The intense competition in the sale of goods and services in the digital era of e-commerce requires to manage customers optimally. Some online shops try to improve their marketing strategies by classifying their customers. This study aims to determine potential customers, namely loyal customers. Potential customers can be determined by customer segmentation. Sampling from several online shops in Indonesia. The model used for segmentation is RFM (Recency, Frequency, and Monetary) and data mining techniques, namely clustering method with the K-Means algorithm. The results of this segmentation research divide the customer into 2 clusters. The best number of clusters is determined based on the Davies Bouldin index. The first cluster is cluster 0 consisting of 261 customers with RFM Score between 111–543. The first cluster includes the Everyday Shopper group. The second cluster, cluster 1 consists of 102 customers with RFM Score 443–555. The second cluster includes the Golden Customer group. With the existence of research on customer segmentation, it is expected to help in grouping customers so that companies can determine the right strategy for each group of customers.
