<p><strong><em>The objective of this research was </em></strong><em>to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and its consequences toward employee performance at PT. Gynura Consulindo. Independent variables in this research are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work environment. The intervening variable in this research is job satisfaction and the dependent variable is employee performance.</em></p><p><strong><em>The methodology of this research was </em></strong><em>descriptive causality designed by testing hypotheses. Data collection uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Gynura Consulindo. The sample used in this study was 114 respondents from a population of 160 people based on Slovin's calculations. </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>The results of the study showed that </em></strong><em>the factors of job satisfaction on employee of PT .Gynura consulindo are transformational leadership style, work motivation, and work environmental. Furthermore, job satisfaction has significant impact towards employee performance. It means that, job satisfaction has very dominant role as mediator in employee performance achievement.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>
<p>This investigation goals to anatomize the influence of work motivation on employee performance intercede by employee job satisfaction. The data is obtained directly through distributing questionnaires via google docs and whatsapp to employees who work at Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The number of respondents in this determination was 160 people. The results of hypothesis testing show : Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction and employee performance through job satisfaction, then Job satisfaction has a positive effect and significant on employee performance.</p>
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya ketimpangan pemerataan pendapatan yang berujung pada kesejahteraan masayarakat yang masih rendah. Tujuan dari artikel ini untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai penerapan staregi politik ekonomi Islam serta mengeloaborasinya untuk mengatasi masalah yang berkaitan dengan Kesejahteraan dan Pemerataan Pendapatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan lieratur review yang di ambil dari beberapa referensi terkait berupa jurnal maupun kitab kitab klasik. Hasil dari kajian ini yaitu menjelaskan Pertumbuhan ekonomi menurut ekonomi Islam, bukan sekedar terkait dengan peningkatan terhadap barang dan jasa, namun juga terkait dengan aspek moralitas dan kualitas akhlak serta keseimbangan antara tujuan duniawi dan ukhrawi. Islam tidak melihat pertumbuhan kekayaan sebagai sesuatu yang terpisah dengan cara distribusinya (pemerataan) dan tuntutan realisasi keadilan. Pertumbuhan Ekonomi yang ideal akan mampu terwujud dengan optimal dan memiliki dampak terhadap pemerataan ekonomi jika menggunakan politik ekonomi Islam. Melalui Strategi langsung dan tidak langsung mampu mewujudkan pemerataan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat.
Autonomy or the capacity to take charge of one's learning is seen not only as a favorite topic but also as a crucial necessity in language learning.In Indonesia, the principle of autonomous learning was implemented in the 2013 curriculum. This research aimed to capture the practice of learner autonomy and its role in the learning process through a strategy which is used in practicing autonomy. Metacognitive strategy, which has a planning process, monitoring process, problem-solving process, and evaluating process is necessary for learners' autonomy. The qualitative research method was used in conducting this research. Three data collection methods were used in capturing the data in all metacognitive's process. Each method has its dimension in collecting the data. A participatory observation was used to collect data from activeness dimension. A student questionnaire was used to find out awareness dimension while an interview was used for responsibility and ability dimensions. The data from these data collection methods were triangulated. This research has the flexibility to be conducted in any institution where the 2013 curriculum is implemented. SMP N 32 Semarang was chosen for this reason. Based on the research, the learners are autonomous, they are active, aware, responsible, and able to take control of their learning in all metacognitive strategy processes (planning, monitoring, problem-solving and evaluating), yet they are not completely free from teacher’s guidance, they need it in making a plan, monitoring, solving problem, and evaluating their learning.
It's become important to know the root causes of turnover intention, for good companies the turnover rate will be low. But it become a question if an enterprise with employees does turnover too often. With the occurrence of turnover illustrates that employees are not satisfied with the place where they work, and then the enterprise's performance is not optimal. In this watchfulness there are three variable, Job Stress, Job satisfaction and Turnover Intention. This watchfulness to determine the weight of the one variable on turnover intention intercede by job satisfaction. The Research method used descriptive quantitative where for sampling using purposive sampling, before distributing the questionnaire validity and reliability verify were arrange to verify the indicator of the used. The verifies result show that job stress predispose employee job satisfaction but in this watchfulness shows job satisfaction has a negative and not significant weight on turnover intention.
