The government's policy to prevent or reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus is to enforce the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (LSSR) so that transactions that previously use paper money and cash turn into digital transactions. So far, e-wallets are considered as a transaction facility that makes it easier for users. This study aims to analyze the differentiation attributes that affect millennial considerations and attitudes towards using to intention to use e-wallets during LSSR Covid-19 on millennials in Tangerang City. The research sample was 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique, namely millennials who use e-wallets in making payments. The instrument used was a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5, data processing using the Smart PLS program. This study's results, the intention to use e-wallet of the millennial generation, were influenced by brand image, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness through consideration millennial, and attitudes toward using as intervening variables with R2 adjusted 0.638. This study's results have implications for SMEs business actors to switch payment systems from cash payments to payments using e-wallets.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas mahasiswa pengguna ojek online. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Tangerang dengan responden adalah mahasiswa pengguna transportasi berbasis aplikasi online difokuskan pada Grab dan Go-Jek mengingat bahwa kedua perusahaan ini paling populer di Kota Tangerang sebanyak 200 orang mahasiswa. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa Bukti Fisik mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna ojek online, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil thitung> t tabel ( 3,705 > 1,960) dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 ( < 0,05). Keandalan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna ojek online, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil thitung> t tabel ( 11,152 > 1,960) dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 ( < 0,05). Ketanggapan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna ojek online, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil thitung> t tabel ( 5,880 > 1,960) dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 ( < 0,05). Empati mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna ojek online, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil t hitung > t tabel ( 5,649 > 1,960) dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 ( < 0,05). Kepuasan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa pengguna ojek onlin , hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil thitung> t tabel ( 14,550 > 1,960) dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 ( < 0,05). Sehingga kepuasan dan loyalitas Mahasiswa pengguna ojek online di kota Tangerang sangat signifikan.
Online motorcycle is part of a breakthrough in the field of technology that uses applications as a liaison between users and drivers that greatly facilitates booking, in addition to routes and fares that can be directly seen to make it easier for users to calculate how much time and how much it costs to pay for his journey. Moreover, in some consumers online transportation applications are inherent in everyday life. For those whose homes are far from the reach of public transportation, online motorcycle taxis are very reliable. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of IT utilization and service quality on the satisfaction and loyalty of students who use online motorcycle. This research was conducted in July and August 2019 in Tangerang City. The respondent is a student who uses online application-based transportation focused on Grab and Go-Jek considering that the two companies are the most popular in Tangerang City as many as 100 students. Utilization of IT through the use of the Gojek application includes 19 types of services, has 12 bank partners, collaborates with 125,000 merchants while Grab only has 8 services, but more driver partners, 2 million driver partners on the platform (two wheels and four wheels), controls 95% third-party taxi hailing market share and 75% private vehicle hailing. The analysis shows that there is a significant influence between IT users and service quality with customer satisfaction and loyalty online motorcycle.

This research aims to describe students' learning independence in math learning in trigonometric materials. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Participants in this study were students of SMK Avicena Tangerang Regency which amounted to 25 participants. The technique used in collecting data in this study is to provide a learning independence questionnaire consisting of 25 statements with 6 indicators. The data analysis technique used is with the student's answer percentage formula and is described using the criteria of interpreting the percentage of answers. The results of the analysis of each indicator of learning independence are: 1) Not dependent on others 78%, 2) Confidence 74%, 3) Disciplined behavior 70%, 4) Sense of responsibility 80%, 5) Learning initiative 72%, 6) Self-control 76%. The results showed that the overall average independence of students in learning by 75% with high categories. The results of this study provide recommendations to the school to support and optimize the improvement of student learning independence.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemandirian belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika pada materi trigonometri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Avicena Kabupaten Tangerang yang berjumlah 25 partisipan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data pada penelitian ini ialah dengan memberikan angket kemandirian belajar yang terdiri dari 25 pernyataan dengan 6 indikator. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan rumus persentase jawaban siswa dan dideskripsikan menggunakan kriteria penafsiran presentase jawaban. Hasil analisis tiap indikator kemandirian belajar yaitu: 1) Tidak tergantung kepada orang lain 78%, 2) Kepercayaan diri 74%, 3) Perilaku disiplin 70%, 4) Rasa tanggung jawab 80%, 5) Inisiatif belajar 72%, 6) Pengendalian diri 76%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata secara keseluruhan kemandirian siswa dalam belajar sebesar 75% dengan kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada pihak sekolah untuk mendukung dan mengoptimalkan peningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa.
