Kebahagiaan merupakan gambaran emosi positif dan negatif (afektif) dan kepuasan hidup seseorang terhadap keseluruhan kehidupan. Orang yang bahagia menunjukkan kecenderungan emosi positif lebih tinggi daripada emosi negatif dan lebih sering merasakan kepuasan dalam kehidupannya. Hasil dari studi awalyang dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa kehidupan anak di panti asuhan cenderung mengalami emosi negatif dibanding emosi positif, serta sering mengeluhkan kehidupannya. Sebetulnya terdapat beberapa intervensi yang dapat diberikan untuk meningkatkan emosi positif dan kepuasan hidupn, salah satuintervensi yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan emosi negatif dan meningkatkan emosi positif sekaligus meningkatkan kepuasan hidup adalah dengan pelatihan regulasi emosi. Pelatihan regulasi emosi berisi memonitor emosi, mengevaluasi emosi dan memodifikasi emosi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan regulasi emosi terhadap kebahagiaan remaja panti di Panti Asuhan Anak Yatim Piatu Daarul Hadlonah YKMNU Kendal. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimen dengan desain Randomized Control Group Pretest-Pots Tets Design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah remaja panti asuhan yatim piatu berusia 13-16 tahun, masih duduk di bangku SLTP baik laki-laki maupun perempuan dan jumlah subjek 19 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan regulasi emosi memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap kebahagiaan remaja panti asuhan yatim piatu.
Angklung learning strategies in SMP Negeri 13 Cirebon are very unique, teachers use not in accordance with their learning. The problem discussed in this paper is how the strategies are used by the trainer and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses qualitative. The target of this research is angklung extracurricular learning strategy in SMP Negeri 13 Kota Cirebon. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation techniques. The results showed that: (1) The trainer used a direct learning strategy; (2) supporting factors are facilities provided; (3) inhibiting factors, namely extracurricular schedules that collide with other extracurricular schedules. The strategy used is a direct learning strategy. students are more focused on the teacher with several methods, namely lectures, demonstrations, and drills. The media used are angklung instruments, keyboards, laptops, amps, and blackboards.
Online learning activities in junior high schools are a method of carrying out teaching and learning activities on the subject of music in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The formulation of the problem in this study is to determine the barriers to learning the art of music online in Class IX E in SMP Negeri 1 Bawang. The purpose of this study was to determine, describe, and analyze online music learning in SMP N 1 Bawang. This research uses a qualitative research method of case study with a musicology and pedagogic approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity techniques using triangulation of data sources. Data were analyzed by stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that online teaching and learning activities on the subject of music in SMP Negeri 1 Bawang there are three stages of learning activities, namely opening activities, main activities, and closing activities. The types of learning used during online learning are synchronous, asynchronous, and blended learning. These three types of learning equally divide students into several study groups to make it easier and more effective in delivering material by online.
