Legal socialization with the theme Building Community Legal Knowledge and Awareness in Understanding Legal Aid through Utilization of LKBH UBB found that participants, in this case inmates at the Class IIA Pangkalpinang Narcotics Correctional Institution (Pangkalpinang Narcotics Prison), were not fully aware of legal aid. The positive impacts of the implementation of this legal socialization include: (1) knowing technically or procedurally legal aid; (2) find out further legal remedies that can be pursued further based on the criminal procedure law; (3) knowing the problems that may arise in the provision of legal aid, so that the community in general and the assisted members in particular can prevent this from happening. The methods used are: (1) explaining the legal aspects related to the legal basis of legal aid which is the obligation of the state; (2) explain the purpose of legal aid; (3) explain the important elements in the implementation of legal aid; (4) The socialization of the law is carried out in the form of lectures and in-depth interactive discussions at the Class IIA Pangkalpinang Narcotics Correctional Institution (Pangkalpinang Narcotics Prison); (5) Dissemination of legal socialization materials which essentially contain the legal basis for legal aid, the purpose of legal aid, elements of legal aid, ethics in the administration of legal aid.
was a beginning indication that one of Pancasila legal values specifically known as independence principle of KPK has been questioned. The feeling of worry about the loss of independence from the KPK together with the joining of elements from outside the KPK is not a fabricated reason. The process of recruiting KPK investigators from outside the KPK in principle creates problems. This research used in written this article was normative or doctrinal legal research. The problems discussed in the article are: (1) Investigators was taken from outside the KPK deviate from the initial hopes and ideals of establishing KPK being independent principles and free from all interests, (2) Investigators was appointed from outside KPK will make it difficult to establish a new legal culture within the KPK. ( 3) Investigators was recruitment from outside KPK raise concerns about the leaking of KPK secrets in various cases that may have direct or indirect links with officials from previous investigative institutions. Changes in the meaning contained in Article 43 paragraph (1) dan Article 45 Law no. 19 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Law No. 30 of 2002 regarding KPK must be an obligation. Investigators of KPK must be internal to the KPK itself which is the result of independent recruitment carried out by the KPK.
