The introduction of the determining factor is presumed to be powerful medium to promote a powerful intrusion into household waste management in Indonesia. This study expands the variables theory of planned behavior, the theory of interpersonal characteristics, and a complete model of environmental behavior by using intentions, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, habits, emotions. The sample in this study found 132 people, data processed using SEM Amos version 24. Statistical results and discussion showed that significant factors for behavior to reduce food waste were intentions, habits, attitudes, and perceived behavioral control. And that habits play an essential role in this research, so it is necessary to focus on the importance of the practice to get rid of addictions and be worth emphasizing Keywords: food waste, theory planned behavior, habits
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh teknologi informasi, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, organizational citizenship behavior atau OCB, dukungan sosial terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimoderasi oleh dukungan sosial di Lembaga Penyiaran Publik TVRI. Penelitian ini berjenis survey kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 61 orang. Data yang digunakan berjenis data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial menunjukkan teknologi informasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan OCB tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk hasil uji moderasi menunjukan bahwa dukungan sosial mampu memoderasi teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, dukungan sosial tidak memoderasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dukungan sosial memoderasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan dukungan sosial memoderasi pengaruh OCB terhadap kinerja pegawai.
Research that has a suitability will be useful for a literature review that reviews the influence of each variable or the impact on that variable. This research reviews the main literature review factors that have an impact on teacher performance, namely work discipline as an intervention variable, leadership or supervision of school principals, including teacher performance. The results obtained consist of: 1) Managerial principals have a positive and meaningful influence on work discipline; 2) Principal superintendents have a positive and meaningful influence on work discipline; 3) Managerial principals have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance; 4) Principal superintendents have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance; 5) Work discipline has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance; 6) Principal managerial or principal supervision simultaneously has an impact on teacher performance; 7) Work discipline is able to mediate managerial principals that influence teacher performance; 8) Work discipline can mediate to the supervision of the school principal which influences teacher performance. Abstrak: Riset yang memiliki kesesuaian akan bermanfaat untuk kajian pustaka yang mengkaji perihal pengaruh masing-masing variabel atau yang berimbas ke variabel tersebut. Riset ini mengulas perihal kajian pustaka faktor yang berdampak pada kinerja guru ialah disiplin kerja sebagai variabel intervening, kepemimpinan ataupun pengawasan kepala sekolah, termasuk kinerja guru. Hasil yang didapat terdiri atas: 1) Manajerial kepala sekolah memberi pengaruh positif dan bermakna pada disiplin kerja; 2) Supervisi kepala sekolah memberi pengaruh positif dan bermakna pada disiplin kerja; 3) Manajerial kepala Sekolah memberi pengaruh positif dan bermakna pada kinerja guru; 4) Supervisi kepala sekolah memberi pengaruh positif dan bermakna pada kinerja guru; 5) Disiplin kerja memberi pengaruh positif dan bermakna pada kinerja guru; 6) Manajerial kepala sekolah ataupun supervisi kepala sekolah secara simultan memberi dampak ke kinerja guru; 7) Disiplin kerja mampu memediasi pada manajerial kepala sekolah yang memberi pengaruh bagi kinerja guru; 8) Disiplin kerja dapat memediasi ke supervisi kepala sekolah yang memberi pengaruh pada kinerja guru.
Writing this article intends to find out (1) respondents' perceptions of organizational culture, work environment, work motivation, and employee performance at the Alak Health Center in Kupang City; (2) organizational culture and work environment as long as they influence the work motivation of Alak Health Center employees in Kupang City; (3) organizational culture and work environment influence the performance of employees of the Alak City Health Center in Kupang; (4) work motivation influences the performance of employees of the Alak Health Center in Kupang City; and (5) motivation mediates the influence of organizational culture and work environment on the performance of employees at the Alak Health Center in Kupang City. The sample size in this study, namely 88 informants, used a random sampling technique. The researchers collected data by distributing questionnaires and analyzing using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (PLS). The results of the descriptive analysis make it clear if the organizational culture, work environment, employee motivation, or employee performance are in a very good category. The results of the inferential analysis clarify the t-test value of organizational culture on work motivation at 0.627, work environment on work motivation at 3.351, organizational culture on employee performance at .296, work environment on employee performance at 2.542, work motivation on employee performance at 3.661, work motivation cannot mediate organizational culture and employee performance of 0.630, work motivation can mediate work environment and employee performance of 2,332. The advice given to the leadership of the Alak Health Center and the Health Office is to continue to disseminate organizational culture, make variations to increase work motivation, and carry out renovations to the Puskesmas to improve service facilities and fulfill all patient needs as well as improve employee performance. Abstrak: Penulisan artikel ini bermaksud guna mencari tahu (1) persepsi responden terhadap budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja maupun kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Alak Kota Kupang; (2) budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja selama memberi pengaruh ke motivasi kerja karyawan Puskesmas Alak Kota Kupang; (3) budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja memberi pengaruh ke kinerja karyawan Puskesmas Alak Kota Kupang; (4) motivasi kerja memberi pengaruh ke kinerja karyawan Puskesmas Alak Kota Kupang; dan (5) motivasi memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi maupun lingkungan kerja pada kinerja karyawan Puskesmas Alak Kota Kupang. Besarnya sampel pada kajian ini, yaitu 88 informan mempergunakan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data peneliti lakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner dan dianalisis mempergunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik Inferensial (PLS). Hasil analisis deskriptif memperjelas jika budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, motivasi pegawai ataupun kinerja karyawan berkategori sangat baik. Hasil analisis inferensial memperjelas nilai uji- t dari budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja sejumlah 0,627, lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja sejumlah 3,351, budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai sejumlah,296, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sejumlah 2,542, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sejumlah 3.661, motivasi kerja tidak bisa memediasi budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan sejumlah 0,630, motivasi kerja bisa memediasi lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan sejumlah 2.332. Saran yang diberikan untuk Pimpinan Puskesmas Alak dan Dinas Kesehatan untuk terus melakukan sosialisasi Budaya organisasi, melakukan variasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan melakukan renovasi Puskesmas untuk perbaikan sarana tempat pelayanan dan melengkapi segala kebutuhan pasien maupun peningkatan kinerja karyawan.
A child from an early age should have been taught and accustomed to saving money by his parents at home. This will help his future, especially when he grows up, he becomes good at managing finances for needs, savings and wants. A student's knowledge of finance is very important because it will help him manage the money he has as well as possible for daily needs without any difficulties at certain times. This study will analyze the influence of two independent variables, namely financial attitude and financial behavior, on the level of financial literacy of students in Kupang City. The study involved a sample of 100 students from Kupang City who filled out a Google form, which was then used to collect data. Responses to incoming questionnaires will be processed using a statistical program, namely SPSS.26. Analysis of the study data revealed that, while financial behavior did not significantly affect students' financial literacy, financial attitudes had a considerable impact. The results of the concurrent assessment show a strong correlation between students' attitudes and financial behavior, which ultimately has a significant impact on the overall level of students' financial literacy in Kupang City. This result certainly means that students really need to be equipped with knowledge about financial literacy which is very useful for the future in front of them. Good financial knowledge will determine good financial decisions as well.
