AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: (1) efektivitas technopreneneurship di SMK terhadap survival skills siswa, (2) motivasi belajar, (3) aspek kreativitas berfikir, dan (4) aspek manajerial siswa kelas XI jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMKN 2 Depok dan SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen. Desain penelitian mengacu pada model yang dikembangkan oleh Ary Donald et.al. Penelitian ini terdiri dari kelas kontrol menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional dan kelas eksperimen menggunakan model pembelajaran CLTSMK. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Penerapan model pembelajaran CLTSMK efektif terhadap pengembangan survival skills siswa (2) Aspek motivasi belajar pada kelas kontrol A kualifikasi "Kurang" sementara kelas eksperimen kualifikasi "Baik Sekali". motivasi belajar pada kelas kontrol B kualifikasi "Cukup" sementara kelas eksperimen dengan kualifikasi "Baik Sekali". (3) Aspek kreativitas berfikir pada kelas kontrol A kualifikasi "Cukup" sementara kelas eksperimen kualifikasi "Baik Sekali". Kreativitas berfikir pada kelas kontrol B kualifikasi "Cukup" sementara kelas eksperimen kualifikasi "Baik Sekali". (4) Aspek manajerial siswa pada kelas control A kualifikasi "Cukup" sementara kelas eksperimen n kualifikasi " Baik Sekali". Manajerial siswa pada kelas kontrol B kualifikasi "Cukup" sementara kelas eksperimen kualifikasi "Baik Sekali". Pengabdian ini berjudul pelatihan kewirausahaan dan UKM baru pada ibu ibu PKK di kelurahan Bintaro Jakarta selatan.Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk Membantu memberikan arahan terhadap kepada keluarga, wanita dalam hal pengembangan kewirausahaan dan ukm dan Memberikan semangat dan motivasi bagi kepala keluarga,wanita dan anak anak dalam menjalani kehidupan yang lebih baik. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa kegiatan yaitu tahap survei yaitu sosialisasi dilakukan dengan menyusun berbagai hal yang akan disampaikan pada saat kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan yang meliputi: penyusunan materi yang akan diberikan, penyusunan jadwal pemberian materi, pembagian tugas tim pengabdian dan survei ke lokasi pengabdian. Tahap sosialisasi yaitu sebelum kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan tahap sosialisasi yaitu melakukan silaturahmi dengan perwakilan lurah, menyampaikan maksud dan tujuan pengabdian ini. Pada tahap ini juga dilakukan jalinan kerjasama dan menentukan jadwal kegiatan pengabdian. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah dosen Fakultas Ekonomi jurusan manajemen sebanyak 5 orang. Tim pengabdian memberikan materi tentang penyuluhan pengembangan kewirausahaan dan ukm kepada ibu ibu pkk di Jakarta Selatan dan akan memberikan pelatihan disana oleh dosen UNPAM.Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah Peserta sangat antusias terhadap pelakasanaan kegiatan ini sehingga membangkitkan keinginan untk berwirausaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap disiplin kerja di PT Dwida Jaya Tama.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sample jenuh menggunakan sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis diperoleh thitung> ttabel atau (6,508> 2,006). Reward dan punishment memiliki efek signifikan pada disiplin kerja dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,878 + 0,424X1 + 0,384X2. Hasil penelitian simultan diperoleh dari pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung> F tabel atau (45,444> 2,780). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima.
One computer-based information system is the website, usually in its online form. The amount of activity, financial management and data processing still conducted in manual bogies of difficulty. To address that problem requires easily accessible system of management, at any time, anywhere, precisely, fast and accurate by the mosque and community. On that basis it developed a web based mosque management information systems that are made with a PHP programming language, javascript and mysql database. The goal of the system is to make it easier for the mosque to manage the financial data, to manage activities of the mosque and to make it easier for the public to search for information on the existing website system. The sequence of these studies includes critical analysis, system desaign, implementation, testing and maintenance. The Darussalam mosque management system was tested by the black box method and focused on functional requirements using alpha testing. This research examination is still ina purely functionality testing phase incolving unintended objects can occur without specific testing especially on the interface part where ddynamic programming of the interface elements blending in using HTML and CSS presentation of documents. So in running the system as a web-based application, it should affect the web browser in running the system.
Accidents due to misuse of fog lamps are traffic violations. To help minimize the misuse of fog lamps, the automatic fog lamp design is indispensable for car drivers to be applied directly to vehicles that still use manual fog lamps. This study aims to produce the design / prototype automatic fog lights with control LED and photo diode sensors that can work effectively, efficiently and economically and is able to function when the fog began to emerge through the simulation of CO2 solid (dry ice). This research method uses experiments with implementation stages including (1) designing an automatic fog lamp circuit, (2) simulating the validity of the design, (3) refining the design until the final design is obtained, (4) product manufacturing, (5) product testing, (6) automatic fog lamp prototype. Design media using PCB (Printed Circuit Board). While the main components needed are batteries, switches, resistors, LEDs, photo diodes, transistors, relays, fog lamps, and cables. From the test results, the automatic fog lamp circuit design with the substitution of the light sensor is able to turn the fog lamp on and off automatically. The efficient distance for placing the LED and photo diode is 4.5 cm. Thus, the LED-based automatic fog lamp and photo diode can be used as an alternative to support the safety factor for vehicle users.
The research aims to identify the learning needs of motorcycle service practice practices with the concept of teaching factory in the PVTM Study Program Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The subject of the study was the head of the PVTM laboratory. The object of the study was the need to learn motorcycle service practice. Data collection by observation, interview, and documentation. Data were analyzed by means of quantitative descriptive. The results showed that: (1) Analysis of the learning needs of motorcycle service practice practices with the concept of teaching factory consists of three processes, namely preparation, learning, and evaluation; and (2) Overview of equipment owned by the PVTM Motorcycle Workshop Production Unit as many as 16 equipment (48.48%) are used classically, while 17 equipment (51.52%) are used in groups. From the equipment, there are 7 equipment (21.21%) categorized as very good, 7 equipment (21.21%) categorized as good, 4 equipment (2.12%) categorized as enough, 13 equipment (39.40%) categorized as less, and 2 equipment (6.06%) categorized as very less. Overall, a percentage of 80.30% is categorized as good.
The study aims to: (1) Identify the learning needs analysis of motorcycle tuneup practices; and (2) Knowing the availability of learning needs for motorcycle tune-up practices with teaching factory concepts in Mechanical Engineering Education at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. The type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach to determine the needs of motorcycle tune-up practices with the teaching factory concept. The research subjects were the head of the laboratory and the object of the study was the learning needs of motorcycle tune-up practices. Data collection by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed qualitative descriptive. The results showed that: (1): The learning needs analysis of motorcycle tune-up practices with the factory teaching concept consists of three processes, namely: (a) Preparation; (b) Learning; and (c) Evaluation. The preparation process includes: (a) Management of facilities and infrastructure (tools and machinery); (b) Room management; and (c) Determination of strategies used in the practice learning process. The learning process includes: (a) the initial process of learning; (b) The process of implementing practical learning; and (c) the final process of learning. The evaluation process includes an assessment with several indicators, namely: (a) Work preparation; (b) Work process; (c) Work results; (d) work attitude; and (e) time; and (2) the description of the equipment owned by the Production Unit of the Motorcycle Workshop of mechanical engineering education contained 25 equipment with details of 16 equipment or 48.48% which were used classically, while 17 equipment or 51.52% were used in groups. Of this equipment there are 7 equipment or 21.21% including the very satisfy category, 7 equipment or 21.21% including the satisfy category, 4 equipment or 12.12% including the neither dissatisfy category, 13 equipment or 39.40 % including the less dissatisfy category, and 2 equipment or 6.06% included very dissatisfy category. Overall obtained a percentage of 80.30%, meaning that the equipment is in the satisfy category.
