Panti Sosial Tuna Daksa mempunyai tugas memberikan pelayanan dan rehabilitasi sosial yang meliputi bimbingan fisik, mental, sosial dan pelatihan keterampilan serta resosialitas dan bimbingan lanjut bagi tuna daksa yang telah selesai masa rehabilitasinya agar mampu berperan aktif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Tugas ini sesuai dengan keputusan dari Kemensos No. 50/ HUK/2004, yang menyatakan bahwa Panti Sosial Tuna Daksa mempunyai tugas memberikan bimbingan, pelayanan, dan rehabilitasi bagi penyandang cacat tubuh agar mampu mandiri dan berperan aktif dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran kepercayaan diri dan mendapatkan hasil penerapan terapi realitas dengan Teknik WEDP dalam upaya meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pada kelompok warga binaan sosial penyandang tuna daksa di panti sosial Jakarta, bentuk terapi ini dilakukan secara sistematis selama 10 sesi. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi-experimental dengan teknik analisa data menggunakan pattern matching dan analisa hasil perkembangan. Subyek penelitian ini warga binaan sosial penyandang tuna daksa di panti sosial Jakarta sebanyak 5 orang. Hasil pengukuran Kepercayaan diri menggunakan Personality Test dari Peter Lauster dalam bentuk pre-test dan post-test. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan skor rata rata kelompok 81 dengan kategori kepercayaan diri rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penerapan terapi realitas dengan teknik WDEP subyek menunjukkan perilaku lebih optimis, objektif, asertif, bertanggung jawab, berpikir rasional dan realistis. Hasil ini didukung oleh hasil post-test menggunakan skala Personality Test dengan skor rata-rata kelompok 38 dengan kategori kepercayaan diri cukup tinggi.
Bumi Harjo Village, Kumai District is one of the villages that has experienced developments in agriculture. Bumi Harjo Village farmers do hybrid corn farming. The objectives of this study were: to find out the income, and the feasibility of hybrid corn farming in Bumi Harjo Village and to know the prospects for the development of its business. The data analysis method used to determine income and feasibility using the t-test and Pearson correlation formula to determine the level of relationships between variables. The results showed that the average salary received by respondent farmers was 2,089,917/ha, and hybrid maize farming in Bumi Harjo Village was feasible to run with an R/C ratio> 1 which was 7.1. Based on the t-test it was found that the correlation between income and land area obtained t count = 9,346 > t table = 2,052 which means that there is a strong relationship, namely the more significant the land area, the higher the income earned. While the prospect of development is quite good, seen from the increase in the number of livestock populations in 2013 with animal feed needs reaching 2,183 tons per month, thus hybrid corn farming can be a recommendation for sustainable business.
The development of the local economy through the concept of a tourism village based on agricultural commodities is a manifestation of a sustainable economy, which is not only creating business opportunities based on the development of agricultural products but also related to community empowerment and sustainability so that they are ready to be competitive in the global market. This study aims to determine the advantages of Kumpai Batu Atas village, South Arut sub-district, West Kotawaringan Regency in developing KBA liberika coffee, using descriptive qualitative method with SWOT approach. Based on the determination of internal and external factors which are then combined so that it can be formulated 1) Increasing land productivity for liberika coffee cultivation through the support of groups and local governments by creating a tourism village concept based on agricultural products to encourage local economic improvement 2) Optimizing cultivation activities by creating added value through strengthening capital 3) Increasing knowledge of technology-minded coffee farmers and local governments as providers of appropriate technology, so that KBA liberika coffee is able to be competitive. 4) Development of sustainable technology in eradicating plant-disturbing organisms and local governments to create regional clusters based on land suitability.
The success of marketing a product, especially agricultural production facilities involves various factors such as promotion, price, and location of sales. Consumer purchase decision in UD. Aneka Tani cannot be separated from the influence of each factor. To find out whether or not these factors affect sales, then conducted research at UD. Aneka Tani method of data collection is done by accidental sampling method. The results of this study indicate that Promotion (X1), price (X2), and place (X3) partially do not give effect to purchasing decision in UD shop. Aneka Tani. Hence the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is rejected and the null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted, meaning partially does not affect the independent variable of promotion (X1), price (X2), and place (X3) to the dependent variable of purchase decision (Y).
