A case of regression of pulmonary metastases from transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder is presented. The lung nodules disappeared following a course of radiation therapy to the urinary bladder. The possibility that their disappearance was due to an abscopal effect is discussed. To our knowledge, this is the first case reported of regression of pulmonary metastases from transitional cell carcinoma.
