In order to learn more about the working performance and dynamic characteristics of it, a new die-cutting experimental platform drove by gas-liquid pressurization system. To use the AMESim software simulates and analyzes this platform. The simulation results showed the velocity, output force and displacement of gas-liquid pressurization system. The output force of this system can meet the requirement of die-cutting press, and two stages of the velocity remain relatively stable as it moved. The operating characteristic analysis of die-cutting experimental table not only contributes to knowing about its running state, but also provides the basis for designing the die-cutting machine driven by the gas-liquid pressure cylinder.
In this paper, the single and double eccentric combination of pressure regulation device in the offset press was as the object. A closed loop control system of printing pressure and a following pressure regulation device were designed. The rotation angle of eccentric bearing in plate cylinder and the length change of regulating screw were worked out by means of the vector relationship of pressure regulation. The influence on printing quality from the pressure regulation device was analyzed, and it provided a certain basis for the regulation and control of printing pressure.
The digital inkjet CTP (Computer to plate) device is one of printing equipments that urgently needs to be reseached and invented in China. Based on the current situation for computer inkjet plate-making devices widely used in the market, this thesis introduces work principle and system composition for inkjet CTP device, mainly from from the mechanical perspective to introduce structural composition of inkjet CTP device. By taking the example of some naked plate of inkjet CTP device, the sample of fabricated machine is studied for the composion of each mechanism in mechanical parts.
Based on the flatbed inkjet printing technology development status at home and abroad, provided an overview of the flatbed inkjet device and technology principle, and introduced the required ink and plate. To focus on the flatbed inkjet device which the plate is fixed and the print head moves, put forward the mechanical design requirements. Besides, from the structure and layout of the device, elaborated the types of the flatbed inkjet device innovative ideas of design. Finally, summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the flatbed inkjet technology, and forecast its development prospects. To have some help in better understanding and application of flatbed inkjet technology.
