Operation Characteristics Analysis of Gas-Liquid Pressurization of the Die-Cutting Experimental Table Based on Amesim Software

Abstract: In order to learn more about the working performance and dynamic characteristics of it, a new die-cutting experimental platform drove by gas-liquid pressurization system. To use the AMESim software simulates and analyzes this platform. The simulation results showed the velocity, output force and displacement of gas-liquid pressurization system. The output force of this system can meet the requirement of die-cutting press, and two stages of the velocity remain relatively stable as it moved. The operating charac… Show more

“…During the paper conveying process, the paper feeding component feeds the paper into the front and side gauges for positioning, and then the paper is sent to the die-cutting mechanism for secondary positioning by the teeth. When the moving platform moves back and forth to the top dead center, use a steel knife, steel wire (or a template carved from steel plates) to apply pressure to the paper picked up by the teeth through an embossing plate, and perform die cutting [7][8][9]. After the die-cutting is completed, the teeth will deliver the paper to the waste cleaning institution for waste disposal.…”
