Taxes have been becoming one of many issues dealt in a country. One of the country’s incomes comes from taxes, without societies there will be no taxes. Taxes could be defines as a collection done by the government in the purpose of creating a prosperous society, based on the written law about collections, government does not given immediate contraception to the taxers. This research was done in Bitung City, that aim to explain about effect of taxpayer the awareness , the quality of tax authorities services and taxes punishment for the obedience of an individual must pay. This research used quantitative research with 100 samples taken from all taxpayer population at KPP Pratama Bitung. The research’s method used in this research is double linear regression, data qualities test, classic assumptions test, hypothesis testing (subject t and subject F). This research’s method uses a SPSS software version 23. The hypothesis research’s result partially (subject t) awareness of taxpayer, tcount = 5.045 and ttable = 1.984 so Ha1 get accepted then the awareness of taxpayer impacting the must pay obedience. Tax authorities service, tcount = 1.587 and ttable = 1.984 so Ha2 denied then the tax authorities service does not impacting the taxpayer obedience. Taxes punishment tcount = 1.554 and ttable = 1.984 so Ha3 denied than the tax authorities punishment does not impacting the taxpayer obedience.Keywords : Awareness of taxpayer, Quality of Tax Authorities and Tax Punishment towards the Obedience of Taxpayer Personally.
Inventory is a very important component in the operational activities of service companies engaged in the workshop. Internal control system is a process in ensuring the operational activities of the company running effectively and efficiently. COSO has 5 components in the control system that is the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication and supervision of existing performance in the company. The purpose of this research is to know the internal control system of COSO inventory management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method and this research data obtained through interview and literature study. This research was conducted on CV. Kombos Tendean which is one of the service companies. The result of research stated that the internal control system on the management of inventory based on COSO seen from the company's operational activity has some strength because it has applied the internal control elements according to the company's SOPKeywords: COSO Internal Control System
The succeed of company is determined by the existing of human resources. Furthermore, high qualified competences and professionalism of human resources can improve work productivity. This research is aimed to know the influence of integrity, competences, and professionalism to accounting employees’ productivity at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Manado. This is a quantitative causal research. Data were collected by questionnaires and interviews. This study employed 36 respondents. Data were analysed by multiple linear regression analysis. Regression equation result is Y = -13,193 + 0,590X1 + 0,239X2 + 0,817X3 + e. Results show that integrity, competences, and professionalism influence employees’ productivity. The duty of auditor is examining and providing an opinion on the fairness of the financial statements of a business entity based on determining standards. Based on the foregoing, the auditor must maintain audit quality. This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, competence, and auditor independence on audit quality. This study used a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample in this study were all auditors of BPK RI representatives of North Sulawesi Province, as many as 61 respondents. Data analysis techniques were collected through the distribution of questionnaires which were rated and tabulated for analysis and the answers obtained by respondents were by predetermined variable values and being analyzed by using the Amos 24 software, where the data analysis technique was carried out to determine the effect of the SEM analysis approach. The results showed that the emotional intelligence variable had a positive and significant effect on audit quality, competence had a positive and significant effect on audit quality, and independence had a positive and significant effect on audit quality. It is hoped that these research results can be used as material or measurement indicators for BPK institutional auditors to recruit auditors based on knowledge and morals, and character.
Village financial management planning is the first step in the village financial management process. This planning stage is very important because in relation to village financial management, this stage of planning is the process by which the draft APBDesa will be developed. The purpose of this research is to know the financial planning in Kauneran I village, Sonder sub-district of Minahasa regency. This research uses qualitative analysis method. The results showed that at the planning stage of village financial management in the village of Kauneran I still not in accordance with Permendagri 113/2014. This is seen in the government regulations on APBDesa that should be evaluated by the local Bupati / Walikota is not implemented at all. In addition, the lack of participation from the community also becomes another fator of constraints in the planning stages of village finance management. This indicates that the financial management of villages in Kauneran I village has not implemented a participatory principle in accordance with Permendagri 113/201.Keyword: Perencanaan Village’s Financial Management, Permendagri No. 113/2014
