Este estudo teve como objetivo caracterizar o Núcleo de Acessibilidade da Ufes e descrever as ações desenvolvidas por este setor, principalmente durante a pandemia do Covid-19. Foi realizado um estudo descritivo, numa abordagem qualitativa, tendo como instrumento de coleta a entrevista semiestruturada com a coordenadora do Naufes. Concluiu-se que o núcleo desenvolveu diversas ações no sentido de dar suporte pedagógico a estudantes e professores, mas o ensino remoto trouxe grandes desafios relacionados à inclusão digital e às condições de vulnerabilidade socioeconômica de alguns discentes. São muitas as conquistas legais relativas ao processo de inclusão de estudantes com deficiência, transtorno do espectro autista e altas habilidades/ superdotação no ensino superior. No entanto, é preciso avançar no sentido de garantir para além do acesso, a permanência e a aprendizagem efetiva desta população.
