This research aims to formulate strategies and appropriate care in learning the Arabic language at primary school level to produce Arabic Learning Model in SD that can be used as a Standard system, both in public primary schools and Islamic primary schools. The research was carried out by the analytic descriptive method. The results indicate that the model of Arabic language learning is going on today in the basic education level, their performance does not have the following characteristics. Therefore, the development of Arabic language learning model in basic education to improve Arabic language skills of students, teaching performance should be good synergy between the embodiment of all characteristics of language learning. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi yang cermat dan tepat dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada tingkat Sekolah dasar dengan menghasilkan Model Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di SD yang dapat digunakan sebagai sistem yang Standard, baik di Sekolah dasar Negeri maupun Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran bahasa Arab saat ini telah diaplikasikan di pendidikan tingkat sekolah dasar, namun performanya masih tidak mencakup karakteristik yang diharapkan. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan model pembelajaran bahasa Arab dalam pendidikan dasar untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Arab siswa, kinerja pengajarannya harus memiliki sinergi yang baik antara perwujudan dari semua karakteristik pembelajaran bahasa.Kata Kunci: Model pembelajaran bahasa Arab, kemampuan berbahasa Arab
This study aims to find out how students' perspectives on learning English use 21st century learning strategies through a multimodal approach to teaching English for EFL students. A lecture was conducted online for one semester (four months) by using Islamic topics as learning materials. The learning materials were presented and discussed, then students were asked to write or talk about the topics. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to data collection through the provision of questionnaires and interviews with 47 students of the Islamic Broadcasting Program at the Faculty of Islamic Religion at a private Islamic university in Bogor, Indonesia, in the English language course. From the data collected through a set of questionnaires, it can be concluded that, 1) the majority of respondents are interested in using Islamic materials to learn English; 2) the majority of respondents state that Islamic materials assisted them in improving their English language skills; 3) The majority of respondents are interested in using online Islamic resources. Furthermore, respondents stated that the multimodal approach to learning is very interesting, very good, and can help them to learn English. In addition, students wished that direct interaction between lecturers and students could continue to function well. Hence, the use of multimodal-based materials could provide interactive opportunities between lecturers and students.
The aims of the research were to develop Arabic learning material model for the senior high school level which was able to become a standard textbook in Arabic learning for high school. It was a realization of the National Language Politics policy that stated, Arabic as a language of religion and culture is taught from elementary school to university level. The research used to research and development (R & D) approach that refers to Borg and Gall theory. There are 10 steps in the development research cycle. However, it was given the small-scale research, which developed materials and media Arabic learning in Jakarta area, this research did at the stage of getting the final product, namely the prototype of Arabic learning material developed. The research was begun through survey research to obtain an empirical sequence of Arabic learning as a basis to support rational empirical strategies in the development design of Arabic learning materials in high school. This research produced Arabic learning textbooks of class X to class XII at the High School level which are equipped with media.
The purpose of this research is to broaden the understanding of the study of language analysis used in da'wah communication, to provide an overview and knowledge of forms of da'wah communication language that can be applied in everyday life and can be used as an example of qualitative research, especially content analysis. This study uses a content analysis method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique is done by content analysis. The results showed that the form of da'wah communication style in terms of the End aspect in the lectures delivered by Syekh Sulaiman bin Salimullah Ar Ruhaily found as many as 26 utterances. The form of da'wah communication style in terms of the Act Sequences aspect was found to be 44 utterances. The form of da'wah communication style in terms of genre aspects was found as many as 29 utterances
<p>This study aims to describe expressive speech acts and cultural values of Arab society contained in a collection of short stories Wahah al-Asdiqa’. This research uses qualitative approach with content analysis method. First, the researcher reads and studies the data, then records some expressive speech acts, after that she classifies and analyzes the speech into expressive speech acts and cultural values of Arab society, and most recently interpretes the data. The data analysis found that in the Wahah al-Asdiqa’ there are eight types of thanks using expressive speech acts, one replies from thank you, five apologies, seven greetings, two congratulations, fourty praises, five sad expressions, fourteen joyful expressions, and three offensive words, and there are some values of Arabic culture such as language, art, religion, technology, occupation, social organization, and science. Most of the culture of Arab society is based on the teachings of Islam, such as how to greet, praise always given to God, stories of prophets, culture makes poetry, etc. The expressive speech acts and cultural values must be taught to the Arabic students to improve expressive speech acts and have multicultural competence in communicating.</p><p><br />Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tindak tutur ekspresif dan nilai-nilai budaya dalam masyarakat Arab dalam kumpulan cerita pendek Wahah al-Asdiqa’. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode konten analisis. Pertama, peneliti membaca dan mengkaji data lalu mencatat tindak tutur ekspresif, setelah itu mengklasifikasi dan menganalisis perkataan tersebut dalam tindak tutur ekspresif dan nilai-nilai budaya dalam masyarakat Arab, dan kemudian menginterpretasikan data. Berdasar hasil analisis, ada delapan tipe ucapan berterima kasih yang menggunakan tindak tutur ekspresif, satu respon dari ucapan terima kasih, lima permintaan maaf, tujuh sapaan, dua ucapan selamat, 40 pujian, lima ungkapan sedih, 14 ungkapan bahagia, dan tiga kata hinaan, selain itu ada beberapa nilai budaya Arab seperti bahasa, seni, agama, teknologi, mata pencaharian, organisasi sosial, dan ilmu. Kebanyakan budaya masyarakat Arab didasarkan pada pengajaran Islam, seperti cara menyapa, pujian terhadap Tuhan, kisah-kisah nabi, budaya membuat puisi, dan sebagainya. Tindak tutur ekspresif dan nilai budaya harus diajarkan kepada siswa yang mempelajari Bahasa Arab untuk meningkatkan tindak tutur ekspresif dan memiliki kompetensi multi kultural dalam berkomunikasi.</p>
