В результате анализа проблемы по исследованию процесса управления гибких производственных систем (ГПС) в области машиностроения была поставлена цель, которая предусматривает исследование вопроса управления ее активных элементов на основе компьютерных экспериментов. Для обеспечения компьютерного эксперимента предложена архитектура пространственного структурного моделирования ГПС, которая отличается от традиционных методов моделирования по времени и отсчитывается лишь в моменты, когда в системе происходят события, изменяющие ее состояние. Рассматривается возможность взаимодействия методов геометрического моделирования с моделью системы, основанной на базе модулей активных элементов ГПС. Предложен алгоритм логического вывода на основе активных данных в виде текущих ситуаций в процессе сопоставления продукции с нечеткой базой знаний, где осуществляется выбор активной продукции и принимается решение по выработке управляющих воздействий U i на двигатели активных действий для достижения конечной цели всей системы. В качестве глобальной базы данных нечеткой продукции модели используется сенсорная ГПС, содержимое которой динамически меняется после каждого активного действия и вырабатываемого управляющего воздействия в результате логического вывода. Для построения оптимальных траекторий перемещения активных элементов ГПС в производственной среде и определения их столкновений разработаны программные модули на языке С#, а также обеспечивается итеративное взаимодействие системы с программистом на основе диалогового режима, который позволяет строить изображение любой интересующей его части технологической среды в любой момент времени и визуально наблюдать за результатом введения изменений в разрабатываемую программу.
