Since most of the fields in the Absheron peninsula of the Republic of Azerbaijan are at the final stage of development, an inevitable reduction in hydrocarbon production is expected. An increase in the proportion of formation water in well production, the presence of intra-reservoir, annulus and other cross-flows in this region, in most cases, is associated with inefficient isolation work. The development of effective recipes for cement slurries with controlled rheological properties is relevant. Natural zeolite was used as an additive to control the rheological properties of cement slurries. A feature of zeolites is the presence of a system of regular channels and communicating cavities capable of holding ions, atoms and molecules of substances, whose size corresponds to the size of free space. Zeolite (clinoptilolite) has the following properties: adsorption ‒ the ability to absorb and release various substances; ion exchange ‒ the ability to exchange cations; catalytic ‒ the ability to speed up chemical reactions. In addition, clinoptilolite has a molecular sieve effect that transmits (filtration) and absorbs molecules of various substances selectively. In the course of experiments, the effects of zeolite dispersions on the physicochemical parameters of cement stone were studied. When regulating the rheological properties of cement slurries with zeolite additives, it is necessary to determine the effect of thermobaric factors on the values of these properties. In studies to assess the effect of temperature on the rheological properties of zeolite-cement mortars, they were carried out for the temperature range of 25÷75 ℃
Based on a comparative analysis of algorithms and models for the design of flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) for the reconstruction and repair of second-hand cars, the purpose and main issues of the research article were determined. The proposed method provides for the development and reconstruction of vehicles that are physically and morally worn out and need to be maintained and redesigned. The aim of the article is to develop a flexible manufacturing module (FMM) for the automated reconstruction of various second-hand car models using an integrated computer-aided design and production system (CAD / CAM). The proposed solution prevents a large amount of the client's (car owner's) time and ensures that the work will be done within the assigned time frame. It also determines the cost at the initial stage, avoiding subsequent additional costs to the client. To implement the tasks at the initial stage, the layout scheme of the FMM was proposed and its mechatronic elements were selected. Based on CAD / CAM technology, the process of automating the design of innovative coatings and assembly of a second-hand car was carried out. Keywords: CAD / CAM technology, flexible manufacturing module, automation of design and assembly, second-hand car, reconstruction.
Based on the analysis of economic and technical indicators of the efficiency of the flexible manufacture system (FMS), the criteria for choosing a cost-effective project of the hydraulic system were determined, taking into account the minimization of automated technical systems, technological equipment and increasing the productivity of the designed enterprise. The ranking method is used to decide the correct choice of the most effective FMS project. An algorithm is proposed to substantiate economic efficiency by minimizing the costs of the selected active elements and increasing the productivity of the investigated production. On the basis of a sequential, parallel and parallel-circular layout diagram of the production modules of the FMS, a study is carried out on their choice and economic justification. To determine specific comparative economic indicators from the point of view of minimizing the number of active elements and their temporal indicators of technological operations, an algorithm for choosing a layout diagram of a FMS production module is proposed. The developed algorithm makes it possible to evaluate the economic efficiency taking into account the number of active elements, their types and types of technological operations. The process of selection of the parallel-circular layout scheme of FMS depending on the number of finished products has been substantiated which ensures high performance of the parallel-circular layout scheme of FMS.
