The article scientifically argues and develops conceptual and methodological principles of formation of legal competence of specialists in the system of life long education. It is confirmed that their training acquires efficiency when implemented according to specific theoretical and methodological research principles. The essence and content of the formation of legal competence of future specialists (on the example of accounting and taxation specialists), components (cognitive, motivational, activity, reflective and information-logical), criteria, indicators and levels of its formation are revealed. The pedagogical conditions of formation of legal competence of future specialists in accounting and taxation in the system of lifelong education are substantiated; theoretically developed and experimentally tested a comprehensive structural and functional model of the formation of their legal competence. It is proved that the application of the author's concept of formation of legal competence of specialists in the system of life long education, first of all, updating of content, the realization of defined and substantiated pedagogical conditions and developed structural-functional model, promotes the effective formation of all components of legal competence of future specialists. Checking the level of formation of the components of legal competence of future specialists in accounting and taxation in the system of lifelong education was carried out taking into account the defined structure of legal competence using the criteria defined in the study of its formation.
The relevance of the subject matter is determined by the fact that Ukrainian higher education institutions in a pandemic are forced to switch to combined or distance learning, but also continue providing quality training for future professionals. Accordingly, there is a need to find effective means and methods of forming the professional competences of future professionals, taking into account the realities of combined and distance learning. The purpose of the study is to analyse scientific publications, the available practical experience of organising independent work of students in the conditions of remote classes and identify ways to optimise this process. The study considers the specific features of the organisation of independent work of students during remote classes. Based on the analysis of scientific sources on the subject matter and the survey, the main shortcomings of organising independent work in higher education institutions during distance learning were identified (lack of relevant methodological skills of teachers; lack of developed algorithms for effective organisation of independent work by students in modern conditions; lack of motivation of some students to master new material). The pedagogical experiment involved 56 teachers and 241 students. Ways to solve the outlined problems were substantiated and suggested. In particular, regarding the first problem, options for organising appropriate methodological work with scientific and pedagogical staff to acquire skills of remote organisation of independent work are proposed. To solve the second problem, it was proposed to structure the independent work of students in a distance format in accordance with the approach of reverse design in learning, which is depicted schematically. To solve the third problem – ways were developed to increase motivation to perform independent work of students who unite in the professional aspect of academic disciplines. Prospects for further research include the specification of the described approach to the organisation of independent work of students on the example of the study of occupational safety disciplines in technical institutions of higher education
The article analyzes the features of professional training of future employees of the machine-building industry in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The existing developments on the research problem and practical aspects of training future specialists in mechanical engineering are analyzed. The object of research is the process of professional training of future specialists in mechanical engineering. The purpose of this article is to analyze the features of professional training of future specialists in the machine-building industry with further identification of problems and prospects for improving the professional training of future specialists in mechanical engineering. Based on the analysis of curricula for bachelors and masters of mechanical engineering, the structure of the study load by cycles of disciplines is established. In particular, the share of humanitarian, natural, professional and practical training of future workers in the machine-building industry is determined. The directions of improvement of professional training of future specialists of mechanical engineering by the analysis and adaptation of general didactic principles concerning definition of the maintenance of education are defined: the account of social conditions and needs of a society; compliance of the content of education with the goals of the chosen model of education; structural unity of the content of education at different levels; unity of semantic and procedural aspects of education; accessibility and environmental compliance. Prospects for further research are the development of methodological support for the training of future specialists in engineering specialties on the basis of a competency-based approach
