Hegemony in Five Act Drama Scripts Atas Nama Cinta by Agus R. Sarjono: Antonio Gramsci' PerspectiveThis research discusses the issue of state issues in the drama script Atas Nama Cinta by Agus R. Sarjono. The phenomenon of sarcasm or criticism of the social problems that occurred in Indonesia has implied output written in the drama script is relevant to be studied using the sociology of literature. The concept of Antonio Gramsci's Hegemony includes culture, hegemony, common sense, intellectuals, and state in accordance with the drama Atas Nama Cinta. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the state is the final form and container of the emergence of conflict. But from the conflicts, the demonstrations, the problem is full of a form of content from the state. The drama script that is said to be "comedy" is reflected in the problems. So that the drama script can be read by the young as a form of learning and information.AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas isu permasalahan negara pada naskah drama Atas Nama Cinta karya Agus R. Sarjono. Fenomena sindiran atau kritik terhadap permasalahan-permasalahan sosial yang terjadi di Indonesia yang tersirat atau tersurat dalam naskah drama tersebut relevan untuk dikaji menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra Antonio Gramsci (yang meliputi kebudayaan, hegemoni, pengetahuan umum (common sense), kaum intelektual, dan negara). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis analisis isi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membaca naskah drama secara berulang kali, menandai bagian dalam naskah drama sesuai dengan teori Antonio Gramsci, dan mencatatnya. Analisis data melalui pengidentifikasian, pengklasifikasian, dan interpretasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa negara merupakan bentuk akhir dan wadah dari munculnya konflik. Namun, konflik-konflik demonstrasi sarat akan bentuk isi dari negara. Naskah drama yang dikatakan “komedi” tecermin dari permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut sehingga naskah drama itu dapat dibaca oleh kalangan muda.
