The incidence of stunting toddler is a major nutritional problem facing Indonesia. Preventive efforts during a pandemic by providing additional information and food for toddler. The aim is to detect the growth of toodler and to survey the supplementarry feeding program. The data was collected using a web-based information system combined with secondary data from the health center. This type of descriptive analytic research, retrospective cohort time approach to 125 toddlers.The results showed that there was a decrease in the Z score of body weight / age in children under five for weighing before the program was compared to after the program was running during the Covid pandemic. The Z score height / age increased the percentage for normal height. Meanwhile, there was a decrease in the percentage of very short, short and tall height.In conclusion, during the Covid pandemic 19 the growth chart for toddler experienced a decrease in terms of body weight per age and experienced stagnation in height growth.
This paper is carried out to assess the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards participation in toddler mother classes. This needs to be done because participation in attending the class of under-five mothers is still low due to the customary patterns in the existing market system that most people will come to these markets on market day to meet household needs. The problem in previous research with community empowerment interventions through the use of the MCH handbook studied in the toddler mother class, was guided by the facilitator namely the midwife in the local village, but it was still not used maximally because not all mothers were willing / able to read and study it. This paper proposes exploring the relationship between knowledge of attitudes and knowledge with the participation of toddler mother classes.The method used was descriptive analytic, cross sectional, the population in this study were all mothers of toddlers aged 2-5 years as many as 1204 people, cluster sampling, a sample of 89 people, with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Chi square statistical test obtained attitudes and knowledge value p = 0,000 with knowledge value OR = 34.5 and attitude OR = 59.7. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitude with participation in the toddler mother class
Postpartum mothers and many families who use the services of a traditional birth attendants to carry out postnatal care, because the cost is cheaper, and this is the habit of society in their generations. Because postpartum care is very important to be done properly, the practice of the traditional birth attendants is also required to get the attention of midwives, because the knowledge and skills the traditional birth attendants are not a systematic formal education. The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of education’s method to increased knowledge of the traditional birth attendants knowledge about postpartum care. This research is a quasi-experimental study. The study designed use a one group pretest posttest with control group design. The population of this study is the traditional birth attendants, the sample in this study was total sampling, with a total of 15 treatment groups, and 15 control groups. Statistical test results using the Wilcoxon test p-value 0.035 (p 0.005) so that it can be concluded that counseling with the lecture method is effective in increasing the level of knowledge of the traditional birth attendants about postpartum care.
Pencapaian target ASI eksklusif di Indonesia dalam 3 tahun terakhir cenderung turun. Selanjutnya pandemi COVID-19 berdampak pada pembatasan akses pelayanan kesehatan, sehingga dibutuhkan upaya agar pencapaian ASI eksklusif di masa Pandemi COVID-19 menjadi lebih baik. Tujuan studi ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh online class persiapan menyusui terhadap breastfeeding self-efficacy (BSE) dan keberhasilan menyusui. Desain penelitian quasi experiment. Sampel Penelitian ibu hamil trimester III di Kecamatan Baturraden sejumlah 38 orang dengan total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan breastfeeding self-efficacy scale-short form (BSES-SF) dan lembar observasi data menyusui. Uji statistik menggunakan T-test, Mann-Whitney, Fisher dan Koefisien Kontingensi. Hasil yang diperoleh ada perbedaan BSE posttest, BSE delta dan penanganan masalah menyusui antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Responden yang mengikuti online class mempunyai kemungkinan 18,66 kali untuk menangani masalah menyusui sesuai manajemen laktasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh online class persiapan menyusui terhadap BSE dan penanganan masalah menyusui.
In providing midwifery services, it must be in accordance with established standards, namely referring to all quality requirements of health services and equipment to meet the needs of the community. Midwife compliance with ANC service standards is influenced by several factors. This study aims to find factors related to midwives' compliance with 2019 antenatal care standard operating procedures (SOPs). The type of research used is correlational analytics. The population is all midwives who work in Jatilawang Health Center and Rawalo Health Center. The sample in this study was 44 midwives. The results showed the majority of midwives aged 21-35 years (52.3%), educated in D3 Midwifery (93.2%), had 11-20 years of service (47.7%). 100% ANC service infrastructure complete. There is no relationship between age (p value 0.323), education (p value 1.00), years of service (p value 0.471), and infrastructure and midwife compliance with standard operational procedures (SOP) for antenatal care services. The conclusion of this study there is no relationship between age, education, years of service, and infrastructure with midwife compliance with standard operational procedures (SOP) for antenatal care services.
