The level of health status of a country is an important indicator reflecting the development level of that country. Therefore, the findings obtained by comparing the health status indicators of the countries will provide important information. When making these comparisons, considering countries within the groups of countries with similar characteristics will enable more realistic and achievable targets to be determined. In this respect, it is aimed to group the World Bank member countries homogeneously in terms of health risk factors and then rank the countries in these groups in terms of health status indicators. According to this, clustering analysis is carried out in R using k means clustering based on a total of seven risk factors, namely PM 2.5 air pollution, use of basic drinking water services, prevalence of undernourishment, smoking prevalence, total alcohol consumption per capita, prevalence of insufficient physical activity among adults, prevalence of obesity among adults. As a result of cluster analysis using k means algorithm, 38 of the 122 countries are in the first cluster and 84 of them are in the second cluster. After the clustering analysis, TOPSIS and EDAS methods, which are integrated with CRITIC and Mean Weight criteria weighting methods are performed based on seven indicators of life expectancy at birth, healthy life expectancy at age 60, maternal mortality ratio, infant mortality rate, mortality from CVD, cancer, diabetes or CRD between exact ages 30 and 70, mortality rate attributed to household and ambient air pollution, disability adjusted life year and four different priority sequences have been determined. The determined rankings are combined with the Borda Count algorithm, which is the data fusion method, and a single integrated ranking is obtained. Accordingly, in the first cluster, respectively Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and China are ranked the top countries; Sierra Leone, Nigeria, and Lesotho are the bottom countries. In the second cluster, while Norway, Australia, Luxembourg, and Sweden are ranked the top countries; Kiribati, Indonesia, and Philippines are the bottom countries.
