La alta prevalencia del TDAH y la falta de evidencia acerca de tratamientos que tengan un impacto a largo plazo, justifica diseñar y estudiar nuevas formas de abordaje. Luche-Mundo… buscando un tesoro es una metodología creada para abordar colaborativamente este problema. Se funda en un entendimiento de la situación-TDAH. Esto comprende el comportamiento del niño, la percepción de este comportamiento, el entorno y contexto sociocultural. Tras una revisión de las evidencias acerca de los tratamientos del TDAH, se analiza la importancia de la responsabilidad y el diálogo en el diseño de procesos terapéuticos que lo aborden. Además, se esbozan las teorías que sustentan la metodología que se expone, esto es, la teoría del apego, teoría sistémica y aspectos sobre la fantasía.
El presente trabajo pretende situar, discutir y proponer un dialogo entre distinciones que están muy presentes dentro del contexto de la educación chilena actual desde los postulados de la biología del conocer y la motricidad humana desde la perspectiva compleja y fenomenológica (Sergio, 2015; Trigo, 2015, Toro; 2015). En dicho contexto, el déficit atencional y el juego serán abordados en particular y consecutivamente para contemplar una base conceptual que nos permita establecer una comprensión y eventuales inferencias pertinentes que permitan reorientar cambios conductuales dentro del despliegue operacional sensorio-motor y relacional del autor dentro de su propio vivir. El sentido de desarrollar este trabajo es resignificar el Trastorno de Déficit Atencional y el Juego tan usados en las conversaciones escolares y sistema educativo en general para inducir nuevas formas y abordajes disciplinares más cercanas a las condiciones y características del vivir de niñas/os en situación de TDAH. No sólo como un interés funcional o efectivista, sino más bien existencial y de coherencia con nuestra condición de seres vivos en un devenir auto poético-relacional.
