TTHE ROLE OF PEER GROUP EDUCATION FOR INCREASING KNOWLEDGE OF THE SELF ESTEM ORPHANGE ADOLESCENT eenagers are someone in the stage of seeking identity to support the formation of self-concept. Teenagers who experience changes in self-concept need a way to develop their own concepts. Peer group education is one way that can be done to support the process of developing self-concept. Aims This study aims to determine the role of peer group education in developing adolescent self-concept of Orphanage X in Kebumen District. Method This study uses quasi experimental design method with one group pree test and post test design approach with 29 total respondents consisting of 2 male peer group groups totaling 18 respondents and 11 female peer group respondents. The education process in the peer group was given for 4x meetings for each group with each meeting held for 90 minutes, the instruments used were questionnaires, modules and evaluation formats. Result The results showed that there was an influence of the role of the peer education group in increasing the knowledge of adolescent self-concept X orphanage in Kebumen District with a p value (0,000)> 0.05. The formation of this educational peer group is recommended not only to improve adolescent self-concept of orphanages but also for adolescents in general.
AbstrakLatar Belakang: Gagal Ginjal Kronik (GGK) merupakan serangkaian gejala klinis yang terjadi karena ginjal mengalami penurunan fungsi yang terjadi secara progresif selama bertahun-tahun. Fatigue merupakan kondisi ketika seseorang mengalami lelah dan tidak mempunyai energi untuk melaksanakan kegiatan sehari-hari. Keadaan seperti ini sering ditemukan pada pasien GGK yang menjalani hemodialisis. Beberapa faktor yang mungkin berhubungan dengan fatigue yaitu kadar hb, lama menjalani hemodialisa, tekanan darah, IDWG, dan penyakit penyerta. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan tanggal 2 Juni 2021 melalui metode wawancara pada 10 orang yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen, didapatkan data semua sampel 100% mengalami fatigue. Dari 10 responden 3 orang (30%) mengatakan bahwa sudah menjalani hemodialisa selama lebih dari 2 tahun, dan 3 orang (30%) mengatakan dirinya mengidap hipertensi.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan fatigue pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisa di RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian non-eksperimen dengan desain korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 128 responden.Hasil penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan kadar hemoglobin dengan fatigue (sig=0,000), ada hubungan tekanan darah dengan fatigue (sig=0,004), ada hubungan lama menjalani hemodialisa dengan fatigue (sig=0,000), ada hubungan IDWG dengan fatigue (sig=0,000), dan ada hubungan penyakit penyerta dengan fatigue (sig=0,000).Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan kadar hemoglobin, lama menjalani hemodialisa, tekanan darah, IDWG, dan penyakit penyerta dengan fatigue pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisa. Rekomendasi: Peneliti selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variabel lain yang berhubungan dengan fatigue pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodilisa yaitu dukungan keluarga, tingkat pendidikan dan pekerjaan.Kata Kunci: Fatigue, Gagal Ginjal Kronik, Hemodialisa.
Remaja yang mampu memahami dirinya dapat dikatakan berhasil melalui tahap perkembangan yang dinamis dalam hidupannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa circle pergaulan teman sebaya pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tekhnik purposive sampling kemudian dilanjutkan dengan snow ball sampling dengan metode wawancara mendalam (indepth interview) dengan jumlah sampel dua belas mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan circle pergaulan teman sebaya memberikan dampak perubahan pada kehidupan mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Seorang individu dapat berfikir kritis tentang pilihan hidup dan membuat keputusan. Dengan adanya pergaulan membantu seorang mahasiswa mudah beradaptasi dengan lingkungan. Begitu juga pada usia remaja akhir hingga dewasa seorang individu mulai menginginkan adanya pengakuan diri baik dari lingkungan pergaulan. Hasil keempat menunjukkan circle pergaulan dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan potensi dengan mengikuti aktivitas kelompok pergaulannya. Hasil terakhir yang didapatkan adalah circle pergaulan menjadi penyemangat mahasiswa dalam menjalankan kegiatan sehari-hari. Kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah peneliti paparkan mengenai fenomenologi circle pergaulan teman sebaya pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong, peneliti menyimpulkan circle pergaulan dapat memberikan pengaruh pada seseorang dalam menentukan sebuah pilihan, beradaptasi, mencari pengakuan diri, pengembangan diri dan penyemangat hidup.
Pada pandemi ini banyak memberikan dampak di berbagai sektor, salah satunya pada bidang pendidikan yang mewajibkan para siswa untuk melakukan proses belajar secara daring. Dampak yang dihasilkan dari peraturan tersebut menyebabkan banyak orang tua yang mengalami stress karena harus mendampingi belajar anak selama dirumah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan tingkat stres orang tua dalam melakukan pendampingan belajar anak selama pandemi covid 19 di SD N 2 Tanjunganom, Kecamatan Kaliwiro, Kabupaten Wonosobo. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional pada 68 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner DASS secara online. Analisa penelitian menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil responden berjenis kelamin perempuan 36 responden (52,9 %), umur 31-40 tahun 45 responden (66,2%), pendidikan terakhir SMP 30 responden (44,1%), pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga 25 responden (36,8%). Tingkat stres orang tua ringan 26 responden (38,2%), prestasi sekolah anak nilai raport turun 46 respoden (67,6%) dan hasil uji statistik hubungan tingkat stres orang tua dengan prestasi sekolah anak didapatkan hasil p-value 0,004. Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres orang tua dalam pendampingan belajar daring dengan prestasi sekolah anak selama pandemi di SD N 2 Tanjunganom, Kecamatan Kaliwiro Kabupaten Wonosobo.
Chronic renal failure is a kidney disease. Information concerning the relationship between psychological disorders and coping mechanisms in patients with kidney failure suffering from PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. This research is a descriptive cross-sectional correlation study. The study was conducted on chronic patients with kidney failure who had hemodialysis in PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. The sampling technique was simple random sampling in 75 people. The Research instruments used the Hospital Anxiety and Depression questioner, the Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale questionnaires and Coping Mechanism questionnaires. The results in this research of psychological anxiety disorder mostly experienced mild anxiety as many as 36 people (48.0%), the depressive disorder the most did not experience depression or normal depression as many as 37 people (49.3%), in the psychological stress disorder were experienced stress or normal stress as many as 35 people (46.7%) and the coping mechanism experienced the most adaptive coping mechanism level as many as 61 people (81.3%). This study indicates a relationship between psychological disorders and coping mechanisms in chronic renal failure patients who underwent hemodialysis (p-value = 0.037 <0.05). The results of this study are recommended for the administration of action for chronic renal failure patients who are undergoing hemodialysis therapy.
