Financial institutions, both bank and non-bank, which continue to develop in Indonesia will encourage financial institutions to always optimize their marketing activities. One of them is Bank Mandiri in facing competition. One of the strategies of Bank Mandiri is the marketing mix strategy. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the Marketing Mix strategy affects the interest of Bank Mandiri KC Pematangsiantar customers. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the Marketing Mix affects customer interest in Bank Mandiri KC Pematangsiantar. This research is a type of field research (field research) with a descriptive nature using primary and secondary data, in addition to the data collection methods in this study using observation and interview methods, and this method of analysis using quantitative analysis methods. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the application of marketing strategies uses a marketing mix, the products offered are very varied according to the needs of society for the present and the future, then promotion using personal selling, advertising via television, brochures and others. , publicity with exhibition activities, social service. The marketing strategy that has been implemented has been good in increasing customer interest. Respondents in this study were 97 customers. From the results of data analysis it can be concluded that, there is a significant positive influence between marketing strategy variables (X) on customer interest (Y) at Bank Mandiri Kc Pematangsiantar, the contribution of the influence of marketing strategy variables (X) on customer interest (Y) coefficient of determination (R2) 0.76 shows that 76% of marketing strategies (X) affect customer interest (Y), while 24% are influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan berbagai problematika dalam proses pembelajaran di berbagai belahan dunia termasuk Indonesia. Pembelajaran yang semula dilakukan secara tatap muka, berubah total menjadi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) dan Belajar Dari Rumah (BDR). Baik guru maupun peserta didik mengalami kaget teknologi yang turut berpotensi menurunkan motivasi dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini juga terjadi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang berada di Kecamatan Patumbak, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. Dengan mengetahui permasalahan ini, tim memberikan solusi dengan mengadakan diseminasi Literacycloud untuk guru dan orangtua di sekolah dasar negeri. Metode yang diselenggarakan selama kegiatan ini adalah menyelenggarakan pre-tes, memberikan pengimbasan secara daring melalui webinar, memberikan pengimbasan secara luring, supervisi secara daring menyelenggarakan pos-tes dan membagikan kuesioner kepuasan peserta pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah seluruh peserta kegiatan baik guru maupun orangtua peserta didik mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan secara signifikan mengenai strategi membaca yang menyenangkan; Selain itu terjadi peningkatan kepemilikan akun pelantar Literacycloud. Selanjutnya, beberapa guru telah memahami dengan sangat baik penggunaan Literacycloud yang dibuktikan dengan praktik baik yang telah dilakukan dan sebanyak 92% peserta menyatakan bahwa mereka puas dengan diseminasi dan seluruh rangkaian kegiatan yang telah dilakukan oleh tim.
The Bank's Financial Performance Appraisal Method continues to evolve along with developments. This study aims to compare the level of financial performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in the period of Quarter I 2019 -Quarter II of 2020. The Bank's Financial Performance Level is measured through several assessments. These assessments include ratio assessments (ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO). This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The subject of this research is the financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero). The object used in this research is the financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero) Quarter I 2019 -Quarter II 2020. The data collection technique in this study is by downloading financial reports from the official website of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero). The analysis technique used is the ratio assessment. The results of this study note that the Financial Performance Assessment of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero) with this ratio approach shows a continuing downward trend.
The outbreak of Corona virus pandemic is changing the face of the education process in various parts of the world. Lots of the educational processes are transformed into online or learning from home. In spite of this, it was found that some teachers experienced difficulties administering online teaching. This phenomenon moves the community service team to organize a varied, interactive, and fun learning process for educators at the elementary school level in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. A total of 90 educators from private and state schools were trained to use a fun reading style using the Literacycloud browser. The training began with online dissemination, followed by visitations to target schools. All educators were asked to practice Triwaca, namely Uninterrupted Sustained Silent Reading (USSR), story pyramids, and BookTalk. performance. The results of cognitive measurements showed an increase in educators' knowledge about the pleasuring reading by 50%. In addition, the target school has produced more than 20 story pyramids and practicing BookTalk both online and offline for students. In conclusion, the Triwaca and Literacycloud programs in general ran successfully as seen from the program achievement indicators.
This study aims to overcome the problems in predicting student achievement at the Polytechnic Business Indonesia Pematangsiantar. To predict student achievement is done by applying Backpropagation algorithm and implement it into Matlab software. Backpropagation algorithm is one of the methods on artificial neural networks that is quite reliable in solving problems including prediction. In this study conducted on the object of students semester One with a lot of data samples 26 samples. The data sample is divided into two parts, 70% of the data is used as training data and 30% of the data is used as testing data. This study uses ten architectural models, namely 9-2-1, 9-3-1, 9-4-1, 9-5-1, 9-6-1, 9-7-1, 9-8-1, 9-9-1, 9-10-1, 9-11-1. Of the ten Backpropagation network architecture models implemented in predicting student achievement in Matlab software obtained the best output is 9-2-1 pattern with epoch 8149, time duration for 17 seconds, and MSE (error rate) value of 2.80 e-05 for training and MSE (error rate) of 0.1248 with accuracy of 87.5% for testing. The best architecture obtained is expected to be used as a picture by the academic Polytechnic Business Indonesia (PBI) in predicting student achievement.

The high competition in the banking business and the heterogeneous condition of customers make the management have to make efforts to improve services. the inability of banks to deal with customer complaints makes customers dissatisfied and shifting. The large costs associated with service recovery have prevented the banking sector from responding quickly to various customer complaints or customers. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which service recovery can improve banking services. The independent variable (independent) in this study is service quality (X), namely the application of service recovery strategies consisting of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Meanwhile, the determining variable (dependent) is customer satisfaction (Y) at Bank BRI Pasar Horas Unit. The analytical technique used in this study is linear regression to see how much influence the variable X has on Y. The results of data processing using SPSS are that X has a significant positive effect on Y with a significance value of 0.00 and a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.772. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination of 0.772 is equal to 77.2%, this figure implies that quality affects customer satisfaction by 77.2%Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, service recovery
The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia is a civil servant in the Indonesian National Police. The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia aims to realize internal security which includes the maintenance of public security and order; orderly and upholding the law; the implementation of protection, protection and community service. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques is a questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to all research samples, namely members of the Pematangsiantar police station. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between the motivation towards the performance discipline of the police in Pematangsiantar police station. With a significance level of 0.000, Motivation has a relationship of 58.3% of police performance seen from the percentage coefficient of determination, 41.7% affect other factors not examined.
The technology-based One Village One Product (OVOP) program is a program that aims to create superior village products through technology-based marketing management. This research uses qualitative analysis and produces a digital marketing application that is ready to be used by users. The stages of the research started from data reduction, data display, verification/drawing conclusions. Data design is done by making computer-based software. The software used in the application development process is XAMPP Control Panel for database management and website configuration, PhP MyAdmin to handle MySQL administration, Visual Studio Code as source-code editor in programming languages. Qualitative analysis is used to analyze technology-based applications OVOP approach in Horsik Village and the follow-up is to build digital marketing applications according to village needs. The samples and data sources for this research were village officials, farmer groups, village communities, and all parties who became data sources. The results of this study explain that the application of technology-based OVOP is very appropriate and feasible in Horsik Village. The author has re-verified the research results and conducted trials and training regarding the use of the application. The conclusion from this study is that the application of technology-based OVOP in Horsik Village has a very high chance of succeeding and improving the village economy through increasing sales of the village's superior products. The collaboration of the government, village officials, farmer groups and institutions through the results of this research will facilitate the revitalization of Horsik Village into a productive tourism village
