This study aims to determine the relationship between mother’s secure attachment to the readiness of prepubertal girl to face first menstruation (menarche). The participants were 74 elementary students at V and VI grade in Budi Mulia Elementary School, Seturan. This study used quantitative research method. Measuring instruments were menarche preparedness scale and secure attachment scale. Hypothesis testing was conducted using a statistical technique test of Pearson Product Moment Correlation with SPSS software. The results showed a correlation coefficient (rxy) = .305 with significance level of p=.008 (p<.01), so the hypothesis was accepted. This result indicates that there is a significant positive correlation between mother’s secure attachment to the pre-pubertal girls’ readiness to face first menstruation (menarche).

Desain eksperimen adalah pretestpostest group design dengan 10 partisipan. Data diperoleh dari skala optimisme Seligman dan skala kemandirian Masrun dkk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif pada kemandirian namun tidak berpengaruh pada optimisme pada pinyintas lahar dingin erupsi merapi.
This study aims to find the characteristics that are needed by undergraduate students in Psycholocology under the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities Univeritas Islam Negri (UIN) Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Qualitative approach was used in this study. Data were obtained through interviews and FGD (Focused Group Discussion) with 38 students, five lecturers in which two of them are administrators of study program. The data was analyzed through some steps, which are data organization, data reduction on unit analysis, coding and interpretation. The results showed that three principal characters are needed by students: persistence, self-regulation, and empathy. These principal character appears in many forms derived characters. Characters derived from the persistence of the most widely appeared among others are disciplined, proactive, responsibility, consistent, and enthusiasm / passion. Characters derived from self-regulation appears most among others are optimistic, confident, tough, resilient, and positive thinking. While the derivative character of empathy most emerging among others are working together, to appreciate and respect others, listen and understand others.
This research aims to determine the effectiveness Training of Rational Emotive Keywords : REBT, arrange minithesis anxiety INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan rational emotive behavior. Dengan menggunakan pelatihan rational emotive behavior, individu dapat mengalami penurunan kecemasan menyusun skripsi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Saintek Universitas X di Yogyakarta yang sedang meyusun skripsi. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 mahasiswa, yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, 12 orang kelompok kontrol dan 4 orang kelompok eksperimen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian true eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode pretest-posttest control group design. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Mann Whitney U dan Wilcoxon. Hasil analisis data yang dilakukan antara post-test kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan taraf signifikan p=0,274. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kecemasan menyusun skripsi antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen.
This research aims to identify the process of resocialization people with schizophrenia (ODS) go through to rediscover their identity and social functioning in society. The participants of the research consisted of two key informants and three significant others who were selected using a purposive technique. The research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews and observations and were analyzed by applying thematic analysis techniques. The results showed that both key informants went through various processes to find their social functioning. The first process was the emergence of early symptoms. The second process was desocialization. The third process was the course of the disorder, which includes the appearance of advanced symptoms, stages of treatment, and post-hospitalization changes. The fourth process was the dynamics of society toward ODS. And the next process is ODS’s adjustment to the new identity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses resosialisasi yang dialami oleh penderita skizofrenia (ODS) untuk menemukan kembali identitas dan fungsi sosialnya di masyarakat. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari dua informan kunci dan tiga orang significant others yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dan observasi serta dianalisis dengan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua informan kunci melalui berbagai proses untuk menemukan fungsi sosialnya. Proses pertama adalah munculnya gejala awal. Proses kedua adalah desosialisasi. Proses ketiga adalah perjalanan gangguan, yang meliputi munculnya gejala lanjut, tahap pengobatan, dan perubahan pasca rawat inap. Proses keempat adalah dinamika masyarakat menuju ODS. Dan proses selanjutnya adalah penyesuaian ODS dengan identitas baru
