Este artigo visa relatar a experiência vivenciada em projeto de extensão do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN), vinculado ao Campus Ceará-Mirim, denominado iFizAssim, realizado durante a suspensão das aulas presenciais provocada pela pandemia da Covid-19. O projeto teve como objetivo estimular a interação, a criatividade e o entretenimento entre alunos do IFRN, por meio da criação de postagens lúdicas e informativas, além de promover a interação entre seus participantes. Para tanto, os alunos do Campus Ceará-Mirim, membros da equipe do projeto, simularam uma organização virtual, sem fins lucrativos, com o intento de selecionar, produzir e disponibilizar o referido conteúdo na rede social Instagram. O projeto foi efetuado de 30 de maio a 30 de junho de 2020, sendo composto pelas atividades: apresentação do projeto, definição de papéis dos membros da equipe, elaboração de microprojetos, seleção de conteúdo, postagens no Instagram e avaliação do projeto.
<p>Este artigo pretende descrever a experiência vivenciada durante a realização da primeira turma do Programa Mulheres Mil no Campus Ceará-Mirim do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Norte. O programa foi implementado por meio de Projeto de Extensão com vistas a oferta de Curso de Formação Inicial e Continuada em Operador de Computador, cuja execução ocorreu no ano de 2019. Das 30(trinta) mulheres que iniciaram o curso, 18(dezoito) concluíram. As principais dificuldades enfrentadas pela coordenação de curso foram o acesso aos laboratórios de informática em condições adequadas e a indisponibilidade de professores do Campus para a condução das disciplinas técnicas do curso. O apoio de alunos voluntários foi considerado imprescindível para o andamento do curso, assim como dos servidores do quadro técnico administrativo. Por fim, as alunas participantes avaliaram a experiência como positiva e externaram interesse em continuar os estudos, após a finalização do curso e, ainda, relataram que utilizarão os conhecimentos adquiridos em seus negócios.</p>
