L’article s’intéresse à une expérience originale de transmission impliquant des formateurs de l’enseignement agricole en situation d’initiation vis-à-vis de pairs pour leur faire acquérir et mettre en œuvre un nouveau savoir-faire en matière de formalisation de leurs pratiques pédagogiques. Cette formalisation prend la forme de scénarios d’apprentissage réalisés dans le cadre d’un dispositif informatisé d’échange et de mutualisation appelé Ersce — Échange national de ressources scénarisées pour le développement local des Formations ouvertes et à distance. Il s’agit également de proposer à l’ensemble des formateurs du domaine un support de connaissances sur leurs activités pédagogiques. Le cadre méthodologique des auto-confrontations (Clot et Faïta, 2000) auquel nous recourons permet en définitive une meilleure compréhension de la transmission du « savoir-formaliser » en jeu, ainsi que le développement potentiel de cette dernière aux niveaux individuel et collectif.
