Entrepreneurial intention is the function of motives and barriers encountered by the university students during their studies. As the unemployment rate among the university graduates is the highest in Bangladesh, the research focused on university students with the aim to predict their entrepreneurial behaviors. Previous studies identified different environmental contexts of the countries have different influence on the perception regarding motives and barriers of entrepreneurial intention of the students. Hence, to stimulate the development of entrepreneurship, it is important to uncover university student’s perceptions regarding the motives and barriers to develop entrepreneurship and their influences on entrepreneurial intention of the graduates. To conduct the research, the primary data were collected from 398 business students using simple random sampling method through self-administered questionnaire. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the demographic profiles of the respondents. A multivariate statistical technique like Factor Analysis was used to identify the factors influencing entrepreneurial intention and Regression Analysis was used to predict the significant impact factors. It is evident in the study that the driving factors like autonomy and market opportunity has significant positive impact whereas barriers like financial and government support, lack of skills has significant negative impact on the student’s entrepreneurial intentions. This paper will assist the policy makers, educational institutions and researchers to develop several implementable strategies like enterprise education, liberal tax system, financial and regulatory support to promote entrepreneurship in a developing country like Bangladesh.

As Bangladesh have unacceptably high unemployment rate, studying the factors that influences the use of e-recruitment by the job seeker's would help developing effective unconventional Human resource management practices. A questionnaire was designed to examine applicant's intention to use e-recruitment by obtaining their opinions. Non-probability purposive sampling technique was used to select the sample. The data was collected from 250 job seekers who are graduates of different discipline from Dhaka city. This is an empirical study which used factor analysis and cross tabulation analysis to identify the factors and to recognize the relationship of different demographic factors like gender, education, internet experience, job areas with intention to use e-recruitment. The analysis identified the significant factors which swayed the intention of the job seeker's to use e-recruitment. The study will help the employer to concentrate on the factors which is considered important for the job seekers to make the e-recruitment process more effective and efficient.

The nature of work in the banking sector is changing rapidly and that is why the factors that influence employee retention are also shifting. Several studies have been conducted on this topic where most of the researchers focus on the causes of employee turnover. However, this research focused on the organizational factors (Compensations & Benefits, Career advancement opportunity, Job security, Work place environment, Organization growth and reputation, Relation between top management and employee) that have varying impact on the managerial levels. The study is based on a self-developed questionnaire where Likert Scale was used to collect data from the sample size of 100. . The data analysis was done using SPSS Ver. 20 and Crosstab, frequency table was used to generate results. It has been also found that the priority of these factors differs based on management level. The banks should design their retention programs based on the level of management according to their preferences.
