This research tested the moderating effect of Organizational Learning Culture (OLC) with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediator variable on relationship of Job Attitudes (JA) and Knowledge Sharing Behavior (KSB). This investigation aims to clarify the linkage between JA, OCB, OLC and KSB. Research design was based on deductive approach and quantitative methods for the purpose of exploratory analysis. 100 respondents were involved in this survey in which 68 facilitators were from Urban Poverty Alleviation Program and 32 others were from Foundation for Development of Rural Potential. Data collected are analyzed and supported by SEM Program. Study showed that JA were not related signi icantly to KSB. The study also found that JA are correlated positivly and signi icantly to OCB. OCB has been found as a signi icant mediator of correlation between JA and KSB. It also found that OLC is a strong signi icant moderator of OCB toward KSB. It means that OLC has the most of role in strengthening of OCB to mediate JA and KSB. It suggests that in future research may investigate the role of OLC as a moderator variable for JA toward KSB.
Many countries continue to struggle hard to face water scarcity, water scarcity, and availability in Indonesia very much depending on climate conditions, local and global weather. The irrigation system development and management program in Indonesia in the field of food sovereignty is a leading sector enshrined in NAWA CITA through economic independence. The problem of optimizing water use more effectively and efficiently is often an indication of the low performance of water distribution efficiency and the lack of maintenance operating costs. Wawotobi irrigation has great water potential but there are still areas that do not get water according to their needs. The results of research on optimizing the Wawotobi irrigation network system on the performance of the hydrological conditions and hydraulic conditions are quite optimal, the Optimization index between the existing conditions and the performance value of CSI = 0.52 is quite optimal. Based on SEM analysis that the estimated value for performance is positive, for volume analysis (VE) in good condition. As for the coefficient of efficiency (CE) = 0.84 optimization is very efficient, with Hydraulic performance of Wawotobi irrigation system 62.46% less optimal performance index. The optimization model of the Wawotobi irrigation network system to the performance and the existing condition of the KR model is 0.129. KJ + e, the better the existing conditions, the better the service performance.
This research was conducted to investigate and describe the role of business innovations implemented by food micro industry players to obtain better product competitiveness. This research was conducted using a quantitative research approach and was carried out in food micro industry in Southeast Sulawesi. There were 174 samples that were purposively selected including business owner and management team listed in the Department of Industry and Trade of the Southeast Sulawesi. Path analysis using SmartPLS was performed to analyze the research data. The results of this research showed that business innovation gave significant and positive contribution up to 60% to the enhancement of product competitiveness. The most appropriate business innovation to be applied in improving the food micro industry in Southeast Sulawesi was marketing innovation. Business innovation for marketing sector was necessary in improving and marketing unique products that could be done by adding more attractive product variants that to meet the market preference, demand, and necessities.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
